师：在word中，我们可以很方便的制作出美观的表格，下面我们先来认识一下表格。

师：我们来看看表格的组成，表格有行线，有列线，行线跟列线围起来的小方块就叫单元格。

My Weekend Plan

The weekend will be coming! I?m going to have a happy weekend. On Saturday morning, I?m going to ride a bike with my friends after breakfast. Then, we are going to the robot exhibition. At noon, we are going to eat good food in McDonald?s. In the afternoon, we are going to Guangzhou Zoo to see animals. The animals are cute there, I like them very much! I?m going to visit my grandparents in the evening, and buy some gift for them, I think they will be surprise.

On Sunday morning, I?m going to do my homework at home. I?m going to help my mother water the flowers in the afternoon, that will be fun!

周末计划

为了尽快适应大学生活，充分合理的利用大学的课余时间，使自己的大学光阴不至于虚度，我特作如下周末计划：

1. 每周星期六总结自己一周的学习，学习的总结有利于我们查漏补缺，完善自己这周学习

差的科目，方便课程的继续深化学习。

2. 周末拨出一定的时间去读书馆，去读书馆自主学习，借阅相关的学科资料，这能让我们

更深刻更全面的了解学科课程，完成学科任务。

3. 周末要抽出一定的时间做体育锻炼。良好的身体素质不仅可以让我们更好的胜任学习，

也能为将来繁重的工作打下基础。

4. 周末需拿出一部分时间了解社会时事，做社会实践。社会是最能促使人成长的舞台，了

解社会对于大学生来说是一项重要的工作。

5. 周末应部分时间多和朋友师长沟通，让自己更好的学会处理各种人际关系和各种问题，

这对于师范生至关重要。

6. 周末同样是休息的时间，适当的娱乐放松，可以让自己更好的劳逸结合，为下一周紧张

的学习做准备。

7. 星期天晚上应拿出时间预习下一周的课业内容，使自己下周上课时不至于茫然无知。

我将严格执行表格的内容，为自己成为一名合格的大学生而努力。

1.知道制定计划表的好处。

（1）出示幼儿园一日生活安排表，教师记录幼儿的一日生活（可贴图标、绘画或画对钩）。

提问：a.小朋友每天都来幼儿园做些什么事？

b.为什么小朋友每人做的事都大体相同呢？

小结;因为幼儿园有统一的安排和计划。

（2）观察幼儿园一日生活安排表，讨论制定计划的好处。

提问：幼儿园一日生活安排表上有什么？

制定计划有什么好处？

小结：制定计划能够帮助大家合理的安排时间，不遗漏要做的事情。

2.尝试制定周末计划。

（1）谈谈自己在周末准备做哪些事情？

（2）指导幼儿按先后顺序画出做事的内容。

（3）向老师和小朋友介绍自己的周末计划。

3. 讨论做什么事情需要计划。

在什么时候，我们还需要做计划？为什么？

小结：在许多的时候都需要做计划，这样才能帮助我们合理地安排时间，做好要做的事，当然，小朋友要牢记，再好的计划也需要小朋友用行动去实现，小朋友一定要养成按计划做好的好习惯。
