Company Description

I was so lucky to practice in   Jinan Quanhua Packing Prodcuts Co., Ltd. And the compamy is located in the “Back Garden” of south of Jinan – Zhonggong Town,where has superior geographic location and convenient traffic, is the best place to produce the green and safe products. The company is specialized in producing and selling paper mulriple aseptic packing(Gable top carton), foodstuff, medicine, drinks etc environment-friendly packing products. The main producing equipment and raw materials are all imported from abroad, the processing technics is excellent, designing and detecting instruments are all ready and the controlling measures are self-contained. The producing plant has central air-conditions and air-purging system, and it is the standardized clean plant. The company put into production in due form since April, 2001, its products have covered more than 20 provinces, cities and municipalities, its fixed clients are more than 100, its variety is more than 350, its products are exported to Mongolia, Vietnam, South Korea, India, Middle East and Africa, and it recieved wide repute from the clients.

Abstract

English is an international language and almost all the people around the world are learning it. English learning has become a hot topic among parents. As English teachers, it’s our duty to teach English well. In today’s society, the ways of English teaching are quite different from those previously. The aim of English teaching is not only to teach the content of the textbook to the students, but also change the teaching methods according to the characteristic of students. We had better create the most suitable classroom atmosphere for students and make English teaching much easier.

During the last few months before graduation, I am responsible for the work as an administrative assistant. In this process, I adopted the methods of seeing, asking and learning to understand the specific business knowledge about our company’s administrative work and expand my professional knowledge studied at school, which laid a solid foundation for my future career. From the view of individual development, the greatest impact on me should be the personal working style and the important effect of professional knowledge to the job, since they are something I haven’t learned in school, in the report, I'll introduce my congnition and experience of this aspect firstly accumulated during internship.

一、基本情况概述

1月x日至1月x日期间我在镇江苏南商贸有限公司总经理助理岗位实习，该公司主要从事日常用品的生产与销售。20xx年注册自有品牌“舒南”牌，20xx年被评为镇江市“知名商标”。并且公司一直坚持不懈地提高和完善自我，以提供最令客户满意的服务。

作为一名商务英语专业大三的学生，在寒假这段短暂的时间里，能够得到一次实习的机会，我既感到开心又有些紧张。到公司的第一天我就在经理的带领下参观公司，主要是熟悉公司的日常工作和公司的产品，包括对产品的性能、特点、制造工艺过程有所了解。第二天我就算正式开始工作了。

在实习的初期，经理主要让我整理每个季度的销售数据然后输入到表格中。这份差事看起来简单，却容不得半点马虎。因为哪怕是一个细小的错误都可能给公司造成巨大的损失。所以我每次输好数据后还会再检查一遍，确保没有错误后才交给经理。因此，虽然我做得不算快，但能够保证让经理满意。

Practice report about my working experience at Yale Horizon

Education

During this summer vacation, I was fortunate to practice in Beijing Boundless Learning of Education Science and Technology Development Center internship, which is a newly established English training institution. My major is English, and I want to be an English teacher in the future, so with an unparalleled excitement and gratitude, I carried on my one month internship there.

Yale Horizon Education is the English teaching of Beijing Boundless Learning of Education Science and Technology Development Center. It aims at the children from 3 years old to 12 years old, teaching in small classes with full English. The idea comes from the famous American language expert, Jerry G. Gebhard, taking pure English language environment by using fun interactive, multimedia assisted, the same focus repeatedly demonstrated in different forms to attract children, and ensure that their first reaction of individual things is English, and then cultivate children's mode of thinking in English. Teachers taught in English in the help of multimedia image, body language and pictures, so that children can understand the teacher's meaning in the whole English environment. In addition to the English language, the teacher's expressions and actions are very important.
