Last Thursday, I watched the film Edward Scissorhands which moved me a lot with my classmates. After watching this movie, I lost in thought.

最近看了《不能错过的英语启蒙》这本书后，收获真的很大呀！
书中作者安妮鲜花以自己孩子在加拿大的学习为主线，介绍了国外的教育体系，并总结出了适合中国孩子的英语启蒙路线和方法，从这本书中我不但学到了科学进行英语启蒙的方法，更看到了欧美国家充分尊重儿童发展规律，尊重孩子的个性，科学的开展教育的方法。
一位英国妇女希望自己的孩子成才，可她不知道什么时侯开始对孩子进行教育为好，于是她抱着孩子去请教伟大的学者达尔文。
“达尔文先生，你是世界上著名的科学家，请问，我的孩子什么时候开始教育最好呢？”
“你的孩子多大了？”达尔文问。
”他还小着呢，才两岁半。“
达尔文叹了口气道：”唉，夫人，你对孩子的教育已经晚了两年半了。”
由此可见，做什么都要趁早，所以英语启蒙越早越好。

摘 要:美国联邦政府的行政改革贯穿于整个20世纪, 可以划分为四个阶段, 每个阶段有不同的侧重点:第一阶段改革开始于19世纪末、20世纪初, “效率政府”是这一时期行政改革所追求的主要目标;第二阶段改革实施于20世纪中期, “忠诚政府”成为联邦政府改革的特点;20世纪70、80年代改革进入第三阶段, 强调官员的职业道德, 改革特点为追求“道德政府” ;20世纪90年代美国政府管理进入一个全面调整时期, “重塑政府”成为行政改革追求的主要目标, 从而在实践上把20世纪美国联邦政府行政改革推向了高峰。
