篇一 :APA & MLA 格式

参考文献

参考文献引证是文中引用的有具体文字来源的文献集合,所有正文中引用的文献须按APA、 MLA、CMS、CSE要求,在正文最后一章结束后另页开始。文献著录必须按作者姓氏的字母顺序排列。每一条目中的各项内容都必须按规定的次序和格式编排。

参考文献引用的规范应该按专业方向的不同选择使用,一般偏重人文学科的应用MLA,CMS Notes & Bibliography, 偏重社会科学、自然科学的应用APA、CSE、CMS Author-Date。

APA

1. 正文中的引证

学位论文引用别人的观点、方法、言论必须注明出处,注明出处时应该使用括号夹注的方法,一般不使用脚注或者尾注。

(1) 引用整篇文献的观点

引用整篇文献(即全书或全文)观点时有两种情况,一种是作者的姓氏在正文中没有出现,如:

1.简介

这里介绍的是目前国内常用的一种引注规则,它是根据中华人民共和国国家标准 UDC 025.32文后参考文献著录规则 GB 7714-87 制定的。目前许多学术期刊和图书的参考文献格式都采用该规则。该规则的主要要求如下:

(1)在正文中引文处标序号,右上标。该序号与文后参考文献序号对应。

(2)参考文献排列次序:依在正文中被首次引用的先后次序列出各条参考文献。 (3)具体要求:项目齐全,内容完整,顺序正确,标点无误。 (4)注意事项:

①只有3位及3位以内作者的,其姓名全部列上,中外作者一律姓前名后; ②共有3位以上作者的,只列前3位,其后加“,等”或“,et al”; ③外文文献中表示缩写的实心句点“.”一律略去; ④原本就缺少某一项目时,可将该项连同与其对应的标点符号一起略去; ⑤页码不可省略,起止页码间用“-”相隔,不同的页码引用范围之间用“,”相隔。 ⑥正文中参考文献标引一律用上标形式的方括号内数字表示,例如[3],方括号和数字不必用粗体。

篇三 :英文通知格式

通知是上级对下级、组织对成员或平行单位之间部署工作、传达事情或召开会议等所使用的应用文。通知的写法有两种,一种是以布告形式贴出,把事情通知有关人员,如学生、观众等,通常不用称呼;另一种是以书信的形式,发给有关人员,此种通知写作形式同普通书信,只要写明通知的具体内容即可。通知要求言简意赅、措辞得当、时间及时。

例一:布告形式的通知:通常此类通知上方正中写Notice或NOTICE(通知),发出通知的单位的具体名称可放在正文前,也可放在正文后,右下角处,发出通知的日期写在左下角处。例如:

双倍行距

2.打印纸张规格:用A4纸单面打印。

3.报告第一页第一行应为:报告题目

第二行靠右应为:学生姓名、专业班级、学号

篇八 :英文SCI投稿文章格式

When preparing any papers, please observe the following:

(1) The page setup for the entire manuscript (MS) should be “No grid”.

(2) Use “Cambria 12pt size for all the characters in the MS including all the characters in Tables and Figure Legends.

(3) All the text should be left aligned with “single line spacing”.

(4) The MS should be prepared by EndNote. Do not remove the “Field Codes” prepared by your EndNote so that I can easily perform the “Export Traveling Library” from your MS by EndNote.
