我是在株洲参加英语说课的应试者，在请教别人后，把说课经验教训和大家分享一下，希望对大家有所帮助。

1.说课稿。当时要求把说课稿交一份给考官，有不少人因为说课稿不通过而功败垂成。说课稿在准备时最好多参考一下有经验的老师的。主要是看别人说课稿的逻辑和编排方式，怎么样组织课堂等。不要照抄，大家知道，如果说课稿都一样的话，会影响考官们对你的印象。如果说课稿编排得不好，会被刷下来的。尤其是英语的Important and difficult points，Aims to the teaching这样的标语千万不要弄错，最好不要自己翻译。另外排版要条理清楚紧凑，每部分内部可以用特殊符号来代替枯燥的阿拉伯数字，既醒目又有条理。

有的地方不让准备，那么在面试之前准备的时候，要找好一个课文做一个完整的说课稿，再多拿几篇套进来试试，这样现场准备时条理才会清晰。

2.说课。一定要背熟自己的说课稿，要背得完全不打梗！这很重要。最好找同学或朋友旁听试讲，可以锻炼自己的胆子也可以让人帮忙找找自己的不足，还可以用手机等录下来自己听听。我就是这样做的。一开始自己以为准备得不错了，录下来一听就傻眼了，赶紧再练，直到听着还可以了、比较流畅了。在说课时考官还要看你的表情、手势等，如果你背得比较流畅，在考官那里就容易过关了。
