20xx—20xx学年度第二学期一年级英语科期末工作总结 20xx.6.28

这学期我依然担任一年级两班的英语教学。孩子都很聪明,学习的热情很高,都能很自觉的回家背诵诗歌,拼读字母,单词和句子,而且上课积极发言。这些让我感到很欣慰,我的付出收到了回报。同时在教学中我也收到了很多宝贵的经验。 以下是我在本学期的教学情况。

一年级的学生年龄小,在教学上有一定的难度,我也曾不知所措过。但是经过我的仔细观察,他们比较活跃,上课积极,喜欢老师的小小的鼓励,一点小小的表扬.结合这一特点,对他们增加一些表扬,课堂秩序变的有条不紊.一年一班调皮的学生较多,学习欠积极,课堂纪律相对较差。开始时也没有注意到,所以教学效果不是很理想。由此可知,了解及分析学生实际情况,实事求是,具体问题具体分析,做到因材施教,对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。这一点在我一学期的工作中有深深的体会 .

充分备课能调动学生的积极性,达到良好的教学效果,学生在课堂上的一举一动都直接影响课堂教学。故而,上课一定要设法令学生投入,不让其分心,这也不是一件很轻松的事,我并不能很好地做到这点。当学生在课堂上无心向学,违反纪律时,我的情绪就受到影响,并且把这带到教学中,让原本正常的授课受到影响,发挥不到应有的水平,以致影响教学效果。在以后的教学中必须努力克服,研究方法,采取有利方法解决当中困难。

英语是一门语言.语言是说出来的.所以除了课堂讲授的诗歌.字母以外,还要求学生每天在家认真的看光盘 , 达到复习和预习的目的,更好的巩固所学的知识,

要求他们认真的完成每天留的作业.一方面复习当天的内容,另一方面,家长对学校教学不了解,不知道自己的孩子在学校的具体表现,作业是他们检测学生学习的一个有利途径.因此,对于学生的作业检查我从来都不敢怠慢.

以上是我这一学期的工作总结,不成熟的地方,希望得到批评指正.在以后的工作中能取得好的成绩.
