绿 化 简 介

序:在园林局的正确领导下,我公司紧紧围绕全公司重点工作和创新工作的任务,强化责任、重抓落实、科学指导、加强监督,紧扣“和谐国华小区” 建设这一主题,加强造林绿化力度,进一步推动小区绿化工作,努力使我公司工作面上有实力,自身有活力,我公司绿化工作简要汇报如下:

一、基本情况:

以厂容厂貌一流要求的郑州国华食品有限公司就座落在美丽繁华的新密市曲梁镇,于20xx年建成投入使用,公司西邻郑尧高速公路,东临107国道。全公司总占地面积83375平方米,其中绿化面积30015平方米,绿化率达36%,绿化覆盖面积31515.8平方米,绿化覆盖率达37.8%。近几年来,每年投入绿化经费近10万元,如今公司春有花、夏有荫、秋有果、冬有青,厂园环境幽雅,花木扶苏,一年四季处于绿意葱茏之中,公司共栽种有花草树木80余种。

主要分布情况是:院墙内外侧的绿化带占地8560平方米,草坪占地10056平方米,小松树林占地8366平方米,休闲广场和长廊建筑区绿地面积为805平方米,人行道树占地1056平方米,办公楼前花池占地1978平方米。

为了更好地对小区进行整体规划,公司确定了公司绿化工作的近期奋斗目标和长远规划,使小区基础建设与绿化建设初具规模,使环境工作真正纳入到公司的各项工作当中,我公司紧紧抓住创建园林小区的大好契机,组织成立了创建园林小区领导小组,形成了常务副总邵明总负责,办公室具体分管,各部门齐抓共管的管理机制。进一步发挥各层活动组的功能,激发全厂员工参与环境保护活动的积极性。

公司根据上级要求,联系我公司实际,制订公司绿化计划,确定每年绿化的活动内容、方法、措施等。各部门根据公司计划,结合本科室工作参加绿化工作。构建了“厂--班-组-员”为活动系统的绿化工作网络,并形成了全体职工人人参与的绿化新格局。层层制订绿化计划,开展相应的活动,使公司绿化工作走上规范化、经常化和制度化的轨道。

二、规划情况

为构建保障体系健全和完善各种绿化工作制度,公司开展创建花园公司工作以来,建立和完善了一系列的管理规章制度,切实做到平时有检查、有督促、整改措施、有总结,促进全厂干部职工积极参与,把绿化工作开展得有声有色,共同搞好我厂 “和谐国华小区”的创建工作。我公司总体规划设计是由国家二级园林绿化企业,信阳市光州园林绿化工程有限公司设计布局。

三、领导重视情况

保护人类赖以生存的环境,爱护我们学习生活的厂园,是我们每个干部职工义不容辞的责任。而小区环境是鼓励和提高职工环保意识的最直接、有效的途径。因此,公司领导一贯注重厂区环境的绿化、美化建设。

1、加大投入。近两年来公司多方筹措资金投入了20多万元资金,对厂区进行全面绿化、美化建设工作。厂园内绿色满园、景色怡人、层次分明、布局合理,达到了生态良好、人居和谐的效果。还有雪松、黄杨,不仅具有自然风貌,更具有人文风情,它们“润物细无声”地感染着全体广大干部职工,全体员工用实际行动践行着绿色的使命。公司的绿化工作切实做到平面绿化与垂直绿化相交,树木与花卉并存,盆栽与地栽互补,大片绿化与小景布置结合,使厂区成为四季长青、月月飘香的花园。同时,公司醒目的标语、厂训、名人名言、专栏板报布局得当,

美观大方,又是一道美丽的风景线。新建造的长廊及石桌石凳上到处留下广大职工娱乐、休息的身影,绿色环境成为不说话的生态老师。

2、狠抓落实。其一,公司将每年的绿化建设项目列入公司工作计划的后勤工作之中,经总经理办公会会议研究讨论资金的投入及规划情况,由办公室具体实施,每年的环境建设工作都按计划得到落实。其二,工会、党支部、将每年组织职工开展绿化活动的具体安排写入工作计划中,公司定期检查落实情况。其三,公司领导班子成员每月开一次情况通报会,了解各绿化等方面创建工作的进展,明确责任。其四,各科室根据公司近期规划目标和落实方案,做到有计划、有措施、有总结。其五,对公司现有的草地树木实行分组认养认管,以职工全员参与的方式保护厂区一草一木。我公司的这些措施切实起到硬件建设与软件建设结合,调动人人参与的积极作用。

建厂初期,我公司领导都非常重视厂区绿化工作,由常务副总邵明同志亲自主抓,目前,公司内树木、花草生长状况良好,空气清新,景色幽雅,满园春色,是远近闻名的园林式小区。

四、建设情况

1、公司整个草坪区域。

公司共有4块草坪区域,办公楼及车棚前、主干道路南、职工公寓及职工之家楼前草坪、仓库院内草坪,一进入公司大门,首先会赞叹的是办公楼前宽阔的大草坪,整个区域位于公司的东北部,占地面积有10056平方米,主要种植有中原6号。草坪的周围种有大叶女贞、冬青树、黄杨等各种植物。在路边,你经常听到各种的鸟叫,能给人带来一种生机、活力,一种灵感,整个草坪看起来大气豪爽开阔、充满朝气、洒满阳光。

2、厂房墙内外绿化情况

公司内的公司院墙内外,绿地面积开阔,种有冬青、法国梧桐、整个布局合理,层次分明,错落有致。当你驱车来到国华公司,可以看到院墙外的一排排梧桐树和红叶李及冬青球,交叉种植在院墙北边和东边,跨入大门主干道,首先映入你的眼帘是由红叶小檗和金叶组成的“国华公司”四个大字,,周围草坪绿化带让人感觉神清气爽。靠近主干道是一排整齐的广玉兰、大叶女贞、冬青,在草坪内种植,草坪内的植物净化的不是空气,它更让人们的精神得到一种升华;中间是一排枝繁叶茂、郁郁葱葱的六棵槐树,办公楼东侧是我们的果园,种有杏树、李子树等,不但可以吃到新鲜的水果,也能能为过往的人们带来一丝惬意的凉爽。办公楼两侧有两个直径15厘米的桂花树,办公楼前的大理石路两边种有10棵盆栽的铁树,铁树周围种有各种颜色的月季等植物花卉,常常惹得过往行人、公司职工和来往的客户忍不住驻足观赏。另在公司的技术中心、调理部周围,有两个对称的绿化带,里面主要种植扇子树、雪松、桂花树、黄杨等。绿树花开季节,各种树木花卉相间排列,错落有致,布局巧妙。

3、精致的大理石长廊亭及石凳。

在位于职工之家楼前的两个大草坪中央的是一个非常精致大理石长廊,还有石桌、石凳,整个长廊共分造型多特的架子,古色古香的凉亭、迂回曲折的花间小道、各种的植物造景、局部草坪和黄杨、百日红等花树组成,景观雅致,是公司员工和广大家属等人们休闲娱乐的好去处。每当树泛绿、花开放、蜂正飞、蝶在舞的好时光,每一个经过此处的人都会赏着花色、嗅着花香、闻着虫鸣而流连忘返,整个身心都感到舒坦、放松。

4、休闲健身广场的绿化。

休闲广场主要有篮球场、羽毛球场、及附近的其他设施,松树林主要位于公司西北角,主要种植有针叶松,松树被套播的花卉、青菜等环绕,景色雅致,空

气清新。每当你置身于绿树、红花、青草的优美环境里休闲纳凉时,再面对眼前宽阔的大草坪,你会感到有心旷神怡的感觉。

五、丰富载体,勇于实践,注重绿化生活化。

活动是增强绿化工作实效性,引导职工参与环保教育的最有效载体。一年来,在公司的统一计划下,开展了经常性的绿色实践活动。主要有:

1、充分利用报栏、画廊积极开展绿化教育。结合一年不同的纪念日、活动周,进行不同内容重点的环保宣传,组织学生观看,发动学生自己设计、写稿,进行丰富多彩宣传画比赛。公司每年组织职工以团队为单位,开展环保主题活动,植树节开展爱绿、护绿、识绿活动。平时在生活中把废电池回收后集中上交处理,组织青年团、队员开展创建活动,人人有责的宣传活动,卫生区落实到人,上街打扫卫生,绿化环境。

2、利用多种形式,组织职工开展丰富多彩的绿化活动。组织职工进行演讲比赛、征文比赛、专题讲座; 开展各类专业知识技术培训。20xx度,办公室共举办“和谐国华小区”培训班共计5期,其中:2月份是常见花卉品种栽培应用培训班、5月份是养护管理培训班、7月份是病虫害防治培训班、8月份是花卉品种布局培训班、10月份是修剪技术培训班。通过培训方式,使广大“和谐国华小区”建设一线人员,在业务员水平和专业知识方面都有了较大提高,收到了良好的预计效果。

3、重视厂园绿化,专业人士与职工管理相结合。专人负责,其次,制定合理的工作规划,根据不同季节,树种的位置、环境等因素,早打算,早安排,落实责任制,保证管理工作顺利进行。公司绿化有10个人专门负责,并划分成各部门的保管区,责任到人,每天参与花卉、树木的养护。大家在参与管理中不仅学到了一些专业知识,同时也增强了绿化意识。

4、病虫害的防治。防治植物病虫害,在使用农药时尽量使用高效低毒的产品,降低农药对花草树木的污染,并结合人工捕除同时进行。其次要对症下药,注意药剂比例,不同品种的药剂要轮换使用,防止病虫害产生抗药性。使用农药要带好防护用品,喷施要均匀,做好农药登记,药后要进行评估。春夏季是病虫害的高峰期,要特别注意做好病虫害的防治工作,修整树形,剪除枯树病枝,清除虫卵,虫茧,以减少虫源。

5、植被修剪。乔灌木要定期修剪,特别是成型的灌木球,既要保持造型又要保证其正常生长。灌木的造型根据品种和位置的不同可有绿化技术人员确定。草坪要定期修剪,全年修剪4—5次,对于一些植物的修剪要注意技巧,修剪不当会影响植物的生长或者导致植物枯萎。

6、做好防风、防涝和防寒工作。夏季多狂风暴雨,土壤潮湿松软,会造成树木被吹倒的现象。轻者影响树木生长,重者造成死亡,故雨季前应采取一些防风措施,如修剪、培土、支撑等等。绿化人员还经常检查花木生产情况,护树架要及时进行加固,备好抗风用具。进入雨季要注意排水系统的畅通,防止植物受浸。

7、结合不同纪念日、活动周开展绿化教育。利用小区广播等宣传阵地,营造环境教育的氛围,用标语、横幅等醒目形式,启迪全体职工的环保意识。如3月x日植树节,组织职工参与社会绿化活动; 4月x日世界卫生日、5月x日世界无烟日、6月x日世界环境日,印发宣传材料,深入各部门进行各种宣传活动。 8、俗话说:“三分种植,七分管理,不断巩固已有的绿化成果是管好绿化工作的关键。”绿化工作是一项长期的艰巨的任务,是精神文明建设的一项重要指标,在这方面我们虽然做了一些工作,但还有一定的差距,我们将继续努力工作,精心打造花园小区,共建美好家园! 为构建“和谐国华小区”、最佳休闲生态人
