第一节 常见的面试问题

1. 请做一个自我介绍。

在准备中英文自我介绍时，请君注意：

1） 不是流水帐，而是突出讲自己学习和工作经历中的两到三个亮点；

2） 不用形容词，不做自我总结，而是用事实去让对方总结你是什么人；

3） 不是只谈论“我有多么优秀”，还要大谈特谈自己对该公司该职位的了解，要告诉HR“为什么爱上

你”！HR的心理期待是：说吧，说你爱我吧??，甚至于，你准备如何爱我呢？你为什么比别人更

适合我呢？

4） 请准备1分钟和3分钟两个版本的自我介绍。

恐怕难以令HR满意，HR更关心你是否有能力领导一个部门开拓进取，而不要一个满大街都有的随和先生。
