反思一：初一英语期中>考试反思

期中考试已经结束，对于七年级五班这次考试成绩我不是很满意，特作以下反思与>总结：这我是第一次使用新目标英语这套教材，这套教材采用任务型语言教学模式，融会话题，交际功能和语言结构，形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。每个单元都列出了明确的语言目标，主要的功能项目与语法结构，需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为A和B两部分。部分是基本的语言内容，部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还附有自我检测部分，学生可用来自我检测本单元所学的语言知识。教材的编排符合学生的认知规律，单元话题也都是学生感兴趣的，确实是一套很好的教材。难点是：词汇量大，学生记单词的任务重，易引起两极分化。因此我们应注意到：

一、面向全体学生，为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。

1、创设各种情景，鼓励学生大胆地使用英语，对他们在学习过程中的失误和错误采取宽容的态度。在教学过程中，每个需要掌握的知识点，我都从差生入手，使他们掌握最基本的知识的同时，注意拓宽知识面，关注优生的情况，给他们自主学习和直接交流的机会。

2、为学生提供自主学习和直接交流的机会，以及充分表现和自我发展的一个空间。

3、鼓励学生通过体验、实践、合作、探索等方式，发展听、说、读、写的综合能力。

4、创造条件让学生能够探究他们自己的一些问题，并自主解决问题。

二、关注学生情感，创造民主、和谐的教学气氛。

学生只有对自己、对英语及其文化有积极的情态，才能保持英语学习的动力并取得成绩，刻板的情态，不仅会影响英语学习的效果，还会影响其它发展，情态是学好英语的重要因素，因此我努力创造宽松民主、和谐的教学空间，做到：

1、尊重每个学生，积极鼓励他们在学习中的尝试，保护他们的自尊心和积极性。

2、把英语教学与情态有机地结合起来，创造各种合作学习的活动，促进学生互相学习，互相帮助，体验成就感，发展合作精神。

3、关注学习有困难的或性格内向的学习，尽可能地为他们创造语言的机会。

4、建立融洽、民主的师生交流渠道，经常和学生一起反思学习过程和学习效果，互相鼓励和帮助，做到教学相关。加强课外辅导、个别辅导。

三、加强对学生学习策略的指导，让他们在学习和适用的过程中逐步学会如何学习做到：

1、积极创造条件，让学生参与到阶段性学习目标，以及实现目标的方法。

2、引导学生结合语境，采用推测、查阅和协调的方法进行学习。

3、引导学生在学习过程中，进行自我评价，并根据需要调整自己的学习目标和学习策略。

四、对学生进行有效的评价。

评价可以使学生认识自我，树立自信，有助于反思及调整自己的学习过程，评价或采用测验及非测验形式，平时重视形成性评价，对学生回答学习过程中的表现所改进的诚绩，及反映的情感、态度、策略某方面进行及时的评价，如有口头评价、等级评价、学生之间互相评价等方法，充分发觉学生的进步，鼓励学生自我反思，自我提高，测验以学生综合运用能力为目标，侧重于学生理解和获取信息，能力减少客观题，增加主观题，通过评价学生学会分析自己的成绩和不足，明确努力方向。

五、存在的问题

1、学生成绩不稳定，容易忽高忽低，与他们基础知识掌握不好有关，需要进一步加强训练。

2、两极分化现象仍然严重，有个别学生对英语学习兴趣不大，虽然很象用功的样子，但是实际没有专心，记忆就不牢固。需要着力培养这部分学生的英语学习兴趣。

3、写作能力上不去，课文、句型虽然会背诵会默写，但实际运用能力差，需要平时注意训练写作能力的培养。

新课程改革不是纸上谈兵，必须要与实践相结合，我将努力学习，积极进取，争取在下次考试中取得好成绩。

反思二：初一英语期中考试反思

作为一名新上岗的英语教师，经过了几次考试，从我任教的两个班级来看，差别很大，成绩很不平均，平均分四班92，三班87，两个班的成绩总是有一定的差距，而且与其他老师的班级成绩有很大的差距，还有很多要学习和进步的地方，我认为我身上的担子

很重，对于英语教学还还是新手上路，经验很少，需要自己不断的摸索和请教，还有不断的向老师学习，不断的听课，通过这次的考试，又有了很多的反思和见解，现反思如下 一、面向全体学生，为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。

1、创设各种情景，鼓励学生大胆地说英语，对他们在学习过程中犯的错误采取宽容的态度。

根据教材中的情境，真实再现于课堂并创造新的怀境，英语教学中，老师根据课文的内容，老师设计对话与学生进行对话，这样就无形中发展学生运用英语交际能力，培养他们创新灵活运用英语的习惯。

2、在教学过程中注重学生的听、说、读、写综合能力，鼓励他们大胆的说并运用到实际中去。

教师还可以利用插图来创设情景，培养学生的创新精神，让学生根据图画的内容编一段对话。学生会运用所学过的知识，编成各种对话，进行练习。这样既练口语，又练习听力。

二、创造宽松、和谐的气氛

在教学过程中，注重与学生沟通，让学生消除对英语学习的恐惧感，只有对英语感兴趣，才能保持英语学习的动力并取得好成绩。刻板的学习，不仅会影响英语学习的效果，适得其反让他们厌恶学习英语。因此创造宽松、和谐的学习氛围有利于英语学习。

1、尊重每个学生，积极鼓励他们大胆的尝试。 要培养学生的创造个性，仅停留在创设教学情境上是不够的。教师首先要具有创新的精神，注重创设宽松、和谐的教学氛围，尊重学生个体，注重抓住一切时机激发学生创新的欲望，注意对学生的学习行为和学习结果、反应等做出客观、公正、热情、诚恳的评价......

2、鼓励学生大声的朗读课文并背诵，使自己听的见自己的声音，渐渐做到流利，顺畅。促进学生互相学习，互相帮助，体验成就感。

3、对于底子薄的或性格内向的同学，降低他们的学习标准，当他们取得一点小小的进步，都要鼓励他们，让他们感到有成就感。

三、记忆方法

学习语言就是要开口多说，多记， 多背，只要功夫到家了，学习英语的困难就迎刃而解了。英语琐碎的知识点太多，每天都有新的知识点增加，这就需要学生多记，多背。这往往是学生最头疼的一件事。现在才初一，主要是以单词为主，如果连单词都记不住，更何况句型听力。

1、根据发音脱口而出单词，多朗读，重复多次，背会的东西容易忘，应隔三插五的再巩固。

2、背诵一个小对话，背会了用自己的话把它复述出来，这样增加学习英语的自信心。

3、把记不住的单词写在小纸片上，随时都可以拿出来看看，长期坚持，一定有成效。虽然只有几个月的教学，但我深刻的认识到教师这个职业，不仅要有过硬的专业知识，而且要有爱心 耐心，更主要的是管理学生的能力。并不是每个人都能胜任教师这个神圣而又伟大的职业。作为初入教育行业的我，无论在教学经验上还是在管理上欠缺的东西太多。幸好学校给我分配了指导教师，在教学上给予我很大的帮助与支持，使我在教学方面不断的成长起来。自己还要积极进取，不断的提高自身素质，多听有经验老师的课，取其精华，并将其运用到自己的教学当中，不断反思自己教学中的不足，更新观念，更快的进步。

反思三：初一英语期中考试反思

考试是我们一直十分倾注的，对教学和学习起着巨大的反拨作用，因此，对这次期中考试我谈谈自己的感悟。

一、试卷的分析：

本次期中考试，卷面总分是100分，全市统考，题目出的很正气，难易程度稍偏容易了些，学生有些知识点掌握不准确，做题欠思考，没有解题技巧，所以学生考得好的好，不好的很差。

二、评价结果对教学效果的反馈：

通过这次考试，我发现，我所任课班级学生存在着如下方面的问题：1 有些学生在课堂上表现得很活跃，思维敏捷，口语表达能力强，乐于参与各种英语实践活动，特别是在真实语境中能进行沟通信息，大胆地进行交际，然而在进行笔试答题时却漏洞百出，相反，还有另外一些学生，平时在课堂上不擅于口语交际，性格内向，缺乏自信，没有养成在课堂上积极发言的好习惯，语言表达能力较差，然而，他们在答笔卷试题时，竟然准确率较高，对基础知识以及词句的拼写、运用掌握较扎实，成绩较好。2 在同一班级，两极分化的现象比较严重，有一部分学生积极性高，意志坚强，克服学习中的困难，相互帮助，能与他人快乐合作，学习成绩优秀，但还有一些学生，对学习英语缺乏兴趣，上课无精打采，缺乏自制力及学习动机，导致学习困难。 3，学生基础知识掌握的不扎实，尽管每次默写都要求不同层次的学生达标过关，但考试时总是忘记，我想可能是没有帮助学生有效的记忆，没有把握好记忆，遗忘，再记忆的规律。

三、>教学反思策略

通过这次考试的评价结果以及分析目前学生在学习过程中出现的一系列问题，使我深刻认识到，作为一名教师还没有真正的了解自己的学生，每个学生的认知风格、学习方式及阶段性发展水平是有一定差异的。在日常教学中，教师应注意根据学生的差异采取适

当的评价方式，设计出不同层次的评价目标，并允许学生自主选择适合自己的评价方式，以利于学生充分展示自身的优势，让不同水平的学生都能体验成功。帮助学生有效调空自己的学习过程，增强自信心。对于>学习方法不当的学生给予个别指导、交谈。对学困生尽可能地在课堂上给他们简单的问题，给他们有展示的机会、鼓励、赞赏。

为此，我要把日常教学中的发展性评价与教学融为一体，既有利于学生的成长，又有利于教师教学能力的提高，有利于学校整体教育水平的发展。在今后的教学中，力争使学生的课业越来越好。

反思四：初一英语期中考试反思

这次期中考试结束了，成绩还算理想。考试是我们一直十分关注的，因为它对教学和学习起着巨大的反馈作用。面对成绩，谈几点自己的反思。

通过试卷分析，发现学生听力能力、阅读理解能力和书面表达能力较弱，具体来说：

1.学生的自控、自学能力较差，听力简直就是他们的死穴，我虽然一再强调听力的重要性，并明确告知他们仅仅靠上课时间练听力是远远不够的，而且从一开学就要求学生每天回家要坚持听磁带十分钟，但是学生还是认识不到听力的重要性，很难做到老师的要求。

2.部分学生的基础知识不够扎实，学生遗忘知识快，过去滚瓜烂熟的东西一段时间不用就忘了。

3.学生的应变能力有待提高，不能正确写出单词的
