高三一轮复习总结反思

制定出自己的复习计划

作家柳青曾讲过：“人生的道路虽然漫长，但紧要处却往往只有几步，走好了，会影响你的一生。” 寒假虽然短，却是个难得自由支配时间。利用这个寒假，你可以查漏补缺，可将某些知识点强化、细化、条理化，可恶补弱势学科，全面提升综合实力、整体水平；你可以集中精力解决自己亟待解决的问题；可静下心来，理理纷繁的思绪，总结过去的闪失；可以瞻望将来前程，制订周密的计划。“凡事预则立，不预则废。”要增强学习的计划性。要每天生活在计划中，计划是取胜的前提，要在放假前制定好切实、可行、高效的计划，并一定付诸实施。

1、分析与定向

在制定复习计划之前要科学、准确地自我解剖、自我分析高三第一学期的学习状态、状况，包括平时系列测试、期中考试成绩、期末考试成绩，其中以期末考试成绩为主，因为期末考试的信度比较高。

自我分析的目标包括两个方面，一是定位，二足定向。所谓定位，就是说期末考试后，全区有一个成绩统计，每个学生都可以知道自己总分的位置，你处在一个什么位置上?心里要十分清楚，这基本反映了你的实力。

定位不必过细，一般分为上、中、下三个等级。“上”指的足成绩优秀的考生，“中”指的是成绩一般的考生；“下”指的是基础薄弱考生，这是定位。所谓定向，就是说你的优势学科是什么?你的弱势学科是什么?薄弱环节在哪儿?优势学科的优势原因是什么?

2、具体建议

优秀考生---认真反思每一学科的失分点，如果是中低档题失分过多，一定要引起考生的警惕，这是优秀生高考大忌!

对于难题也要认真分析，高考试题中的难题是给优秀考生预备的，你们不但要会做，而且还要做对。对于不会做、做错了的难题要认真分析。

优秀考生的各科成绩要均衡，原则上不能出现薄弱学科，考生思想上不应该出现“以强补弱”的思想倾向，要科科抓紧，均衡发展，突出强项学科。

优秀学生要学会反思，做对了的题要反思，进一步掌握解题方法、解题规律，不会做、做错了的题更要反思，从思维方法上、方式上寻找原因。

适度的难题训练是十分必要的，“少做、做精”，边做边思考过程、方法、规律，在一定量的基础上，以质求胜。

一般考生――对于一般考生首先要明确的足“不是每一道题都是给每一个考生预备的!真正拉开考生差距的是中低档试题!”这是规律，这是经验，一般考生一定要明白这个道理。

道理明白了，方向也就清楚了——抓住中低档试题。高考命题以中低档试题为主，一般占全卷的80％，也就是说750分中有600分的中低档试题，对于一般考生来讲，抓住中低档试题就意味着抓住了成功的钥匙。 一般考生要认真抓好薄弱学科，这个空间升值的可能性更大、更容易、更迅速。失分原因要分析透，这是“病因”，只有查出“病因”才能“对症下药”。

一般考生要多做基础试题，抓住中档试题。

基础薄弱考生――－上述一般考生的复习原则也适用于基础薄弱考生。

基础薄弱考生要记住：没有舍弃就没收获!

基础薄弱考生要记住：弱就弱在基础上!

要抓基础知识、基本技能、基本方法。

要抓非智力因素、信心、目标、意志、毅力、方法、心态。

要多练，特别是中低档试题，要看、要想更要练。

对三类考生综合建议：

基础知识要扎实、主干知识要坚固、网络知识要清晰。

“知识与技能，过程与方法，情感与价值观”一一新课程目标。

收集、整理、分析、改正错误一一错误也是资源。

学会反思，通过反思达到升华、升值。

看清楚不如想清楚，想清楚不如练清楚，一定要动笔，动笔才是思维的开始。

调整心态，考生心理是高考的基础。

同学们，我们如何从一轮复习顺利地过度到二轮复习，首先要认识到一下几点。

1、认识要到位，如果说第一轮复习是“面面俱到”、那么第二轮复习就是突出重点，如果说第一轮复习的重要任务是夯实基础，则第二轮复习是培养能力，当然第二轮复习也为同学们的查漏补缺提供了时间和空间，所以应倍加珍惜这次机会。

2、注意思维能力的提升，第二轮复习由于是重点复习，所以要求提高了。知识的密度加大了，题目综合性、灵活性进一步增强，“单打一”的题目减少了，如果不注意知识的纵向、横向联系，不注意知识的概括和规律的提炼，就难以收到预期的效果。

3、二轮复习更要全力以赴，如果说第一轮复习是步步为营，稳扎稳打，那么第二轮复习便是“开足马力，加速前进”，与第一轮复习相比较，第二轮复习时，老师课上的内容，更是“高密度、大容量、快节奏”。而且还具有灵活多变，极富跳跃性等特点，基于以上两点考虑，望同学们全力以赴，全神贯注，稍不留神，就会被远远地甩在后面。

语文：加强课外阅读

海天中小学高考专家组分析，语文学习具备三个特点：一是开放性。语文的外延和生活相等，生活的任何内容都离不开语文，只要有意识地学习，在生活的任何场合都可以学到语文。因而语文具有最便于自学的突出特点;二是情感性。“文章不是无情物。”不仅文章，就连我们民族的文字也个个充满着感情色彩。教师带着感情教，才有可能教好;学生带着感情学，才有可能学好。三是灵活性。语文学科的知识体系不像其他学科那样呈现线形或链条形排列，而是螺旋式上升。因而语文学习的循序渐进、由浅入深，不是很严格的。

学生可利用寒假加强课外阅读，并力所能及地做些读书笔记，书读得越多越好，通过读书积累知识，扩大知识面。写有意义的论文。练一练钢笔字，提高自己的写字水平。

数学：巩固知识点

考生在寒假期间，一是要把第一轮复习的知识点巩固，第二是要准备开学后的专题复习。

在第一轮复习的基础上，要善于总结归类，寻找不同的题型、不同的知识点之间的共性和联系，把学过的知识系统化。这也是第二轮专题复习的重要内容。同时要加强课后练习，找一本好的参考书，尽量多做一些书上的练习题(尤其是综合题和应用题)。要的是精，而不是多。

英语：坚持阅读练习

高三学生寒假英语复习应首先做到查漏补缺，根据高考的考点对自己的英语知识进行小结。相对来说，在英语学科涨分还是比较容易的，特别是低分的同学，分析清楚了自己的知识漏洞，强化训练之后加30-40分很常见。

每天坚持阅读和听力的训练。听力训练则可采取有意识和无意识的训练。“有意识训练”指的是用心听材料，碰到听不懂或理解错的部分可以在事后对照答案和参考，切忌自以为听懂了大意却抓不住关键信息的做法。“无意识训练”是指给自己一个英语的环境，有意无意地获取一些信息，比如听英语歌，看几部经典英语原版电影。

理综：重视基础知识

理综包括物理、化学、生物三门。理综科目的寒假复习重视基础知识。如对物理、化学的一些公式、定理的理解记忆。正确把握生物课本上的图像、表格、相片所表示的意思。

考生应多做一些巩固知识的练习，也包括心理素质的“练习”。单纯的“题海战术”是不可取的，应该有选择地做一些有代表性的题。基础好的同学还应该做一些综合题和应用题。在做题中要善于总结归纳题型及解题思路。如化学知识之间是有内在规律的，掌握了规律就能驾驭知识，记忆知识。

化学和生物要记要背的东西很多，不要盲目记忆，跟生活中的经验联系起来理解。而且化学是一门实验性很强的学科。因此在学习过程中要注意阅读与动手、动笔结合。
