一、实验目的与要求

1. 掌握启动和退出Access系统的常用方法。

2. 熟悉Access的主窗口界面,并会用不同的方法关闭和显示任务窗格。

3. 会设置默认磁盘目录。

4. 会用不同的方法建立空数据库,会利用向导建立数据库。

5. 会用不同的方法打开和关闭数据库

二、实验环境

1.硬件环境:奔ⅣPC。

2.软件环境:Windows XP 操作系统,Access 2003。

三、实验内容

(1)启动Access 2003。

(2)显示和关闭任务窗格。

(3)在D盘目录下创建一个名为“姓名LX”的文件夹(“姓名”处写上自己的姓名),然后设置“姓名LX”目录为默认磁盘目录。

(4)在“姓名LX”目录中建立一个名为“教学管理”的空数据库。

(5)利用数据库的“讲座管理”模板,在“姓名LX”目录中建立一个名为“计算机系讲座管理的数据库”。

(6)打开和关闭“教学管理”数据库。

(7)退出Access 2003。

1.掌握逻辑表达式的正确书写形式。

2.掌握if条件语句的使用方法,能利用if条件语句解决简单的应用问题。

(1)显示所有100以内且为7的倍数的数,并求这些数的和。

(2)编制程序,输出1000之内的所有完数。“完数”是指一个数恰好等于它的因子之和,如6的因子为1、2、3,而6=1+2+3,因而6就是完数。

(3)把50元钱分成一元、二元和五元的纸币张数共为20张的分法共有多少种?(注:在兑换中,一元、二元、五元的纸币张数可以为0)。
