初二年英语期中考试教学反思

一、期中质量分析：本人从学生答卷情况入手，认真地进行了质量分析。并从质量分析中发现了这半年来教学的不足和学生存在的知识、能力的问题，主要体现在以下四个方面： 1、听力能力方面：部分学生缺乏听力题中应有的答题技巧；近音词辨析不清，忽视口语中的连读和不完全爆破规则。如：将“bad听成了 backache ”。2、语法方面：语法知识不全面，造成综合运用能力和分析句子结构能力差。 3、阅读方面：对短文的整篇理解能力差，特别是归纳短文

的寓意和标题的确立上。 4、写作方面：表达句子的能力较差。而且小错误很多，有的甚至用语文式的英语。

二、整改措施 ：

根据质量分析中存在的问题，本人认为在今后教学和复习中，应在以下几点予以重视和加强：

（1）、在听力训练上，仍要采用仁爱版的听力训练材料，同时运用南安卷为听力考试材料。针对部分学生答题技巧预见性差，可采取“听对话后，不提供问题，请学生自创问题和答案；之后，再现材料中问题和答案，让学生自悟并培养答题技巧”的教学策略；同时，在听短文时，可先明告学生以下短文中有几处连读和不完全爆破现象，注意听，并相互交流；要归纳同音词和近音词，反复诵读，以提高词汇的辨析能力。（2）、在语法教学中，要采用“张法”集中教学法，对语法进行一次完整的梳理，并选择一套练习对学生进行考查，并对学生存在的问题、缺漏，记录在案，在期中和期末复习中予以强化和综合；由于大部分学生分析句子结构能力差，在语法教学中，要加强“词汇辨析、句子成分、句子类型及部分典型句型的归纳”等内容的讲授、巩固和考查。（3）、在阅读方面：随着阅读题分值和难度的加大，且学生对短文的整体理解能力差，在训练中，①要对部分短文进行“英译汉”训练；②要对个别长句和难句、中心句进行分析；③要划出短文中新词汇，先猜想，后建立“新词库”。（4）、在写作方面：在写作训练中，针对学生表达子句能力差，要引导学生从辨析英汉句子表达方式差异上，进行长句变多个短简单句和短句变长句的训练，以切实提高写作水平。（5）、在身体心理方面：在教学中，要多关爱高强度训练中的学生的身体健康，引导学生合理作息；多深入学生，引导学生树立正确的人生观和人才观，重视学生的心理健康，适时进行心理辅导，提高学生的应试心理素质。

（6）在今后的课堂教学中，要注重实效，向45分钟要效益。

A．教师要从学生的实际出发，准确把握学生现有的认识水平和身心发展规律，着力于培养学生良好的听课习惯，使之勤于思考，乐于表达。

B．改变传统的问答式，给学生充足的时间考虑，让学生多读读，力争通过自己的探索达到学习的目的。教师在课堂上要充分发挥自己的主导作用，进行适时的点拨，给学生一些建设性的意见和建议，使他们学会学习的方法。

C．教师要因材施教，针对不同的学生设计不同的教学思路，让学生感到学习的乐趣及学习具有挑战性，并有征服难题的信心。 这点是针对这次两班都出现个别A级或是小组长成绩有退步的现象，今后要注意对优生的能力题的锻炼。

D. 教师在常规课中要多采用多样的教学手段，改变公开课热热闹闹，常规课冷冷清清的局面，还学生自由发展的空间。建立融洽、民主的师生交流渠道，经常和学生一起反思学习过程和学习效果，互相鼓励和帮助，做到教学相关。

E. 教师除了要钻研教材、研究方法，更要不断的充实自我的学识，学高为师。

（7）重视学生的积累习惯的养成。

A． 引导学生多读读多记记，促进有效积累。教师根据学生具体情况，可以适当加入词汇的练习。

B． 激发学生自主参与，引导自主积累。

（8）继续做好两个班的小组合作学习还有落实小组评价：利用小组合作和评价激励各个层面的同学进步。真正做好“兵教兵 ”，同时根据期中的情况，在今后教学中，不能忽视A级同学的双基还有能力的提到。

总而言之，新课程教学必须要理论与实践相结合，我将一如既往，努力教好书，积极进取，积极参与课程改革，在课改中不断学习，不断实践，不断反思，这样我才能与新课程、学生的发展共同成长。反思过去，展望未来。本人相信自己有信心、有能力胜任下半学期的教学，并在期末考中取得骄人的成绩。
