2014—20xx年度第一学期初三英语教学总结

从九月一日开学到现在二月初整整五个月，一个漫长的学期终于画上了句号。本学期我继续担任909和910两个班英语教学工作，现将本期英语教学工作总结如下。

一、本期所开展的主要工作

1、成功完成本期教学任务

依据期初计划，本期成功完成初三全一册教材的12个单元的教学任务。（共14单元，留两个单元到下学期学习。）新涉及的语法有宾语从句、感叹句、被动语态、定语从句和过去完成时，其中过去完成时是中考不予考查的语法项目（新课标中加了*号）。

2、先后组织了七次自主命题考试

我所教的两个班基础不扎实，后进生多，尖子生少，考试成绩成罕见的“金字塔”型，而不是呈正态分布的“橄榄型”。为了适合自己的班情和学情，我决定自主命题，降低难度，注重“双基”的夯实，尽量提高考试的效率。这样，不但提高了全体学生的学英语积极性，而且使学生远离了教辅市场很多“繁难偏旧”的怪题，有利于应对中考。

3、利用电脑软件批阅客观题

本期我利用电脑阅卷软件，自主设计答题卡，成功实现了机阅选择题，结束了机械批阅选择题的痛苦历史。利用电脑阅卷软件批阅客观题的优势在于：a.成本低廉，操作简单；b.提高用2B铅笔涂答题卡的熟练程度，备战中考；c.解放英语教师，把老师从繁重的机械劳动中解放出来，把更多的时间放在试卷分析和精心备课上来；d.运用阅卷软件精细的数据分析优势，让老师评卷做到有的放矢，事半功倍。总之，值得在英语教师中推广。

4、虚心听课，向同行学习教学艺术

本期我听取了本校“神奇教师”蒋志仁老师的一节英语课，收获颇丰。蒋老师在看似朴实无华的课堂上却处处透着教者的匠心。在词汇积累上，蒋老师利用听写的课堂环节，利用学生好面子、好胜的心理，让学生到黑板上、教室的空地上甚至门上写单

词，并在小组之间展开竞争，生动活泼地将词汇的积累真正落到了实处。在英语对话的背诵上，蒋老师采用抽签的方式让学生到讲台上开展表演比赛，并对PK结果进行加分的激励评价，对学生积累语言收到了良好的效果。另外，蒋老师班上教室窗明几净，给人神清气爽的感觉；四面墙上悬挂的他自己的书法作品，激励的格言警句，催人奋进。

另外，20xx年全县语文优质课在我校举行，我有幸聆听八节优质课，受益匪浅。老师们做课的严谨态度令我感动；老师们非凡的语言才华令我羡慕；老师们的独特的教学设计令我深深折服??其中给我印象最深的是我校的罗成铭老师和龙山学校的王锦菊老师。虽然他们执教的都是琦君的《春酒》，但风格各异，殊途同归，使人产生情感的共鸣和受到美的熏陶。罗老师如诗的语言，加上得体的肢体动作和富有情感的雄浑男中音贯穿课的始终，听者如同品一杯浓烈的春酒。王老师是女老师，同样是如散文般的语言，随着文章情感的起伏，时而柔和婉转，时而激情飞扬，时而深邃悠远，时而低沉神伤，听者如同品一杯香醇的葡萄美酒。我想，“冰冻三尺，非一日之寒”没有平常的点滴积累，就没有这样的精彩呈现，正所谓“厚积薄发”。

5、完成网上视频公开课

本期安徽省教育厅开展首届“一师一优课，一课一名师”网上赛课活动，学校安排我上晒一节课。接到任务后，我在选课题上费了一番心思。常见的课题，很多老师已有过精彩的呈现。我本着“大胆创新，不求成功，但求尝试”的初衷，选定了初三unit8 Teenagers should be allowed to choose their own clothes. Section A 2a—2c Mom Knows Best里一首英文诗歌来执教。目的是：1、诗歌语言规整，读起来朗朗上口；2、诗歌内容贴近学生生活，在情感上易引起共鸣；3、初中教材中很少出现诗歌，以前没有老师上过，也没有固定模式可循，可以进行大胆尝试，算是一种“开荒拓野”。即便上得不成功，能引起广大教研员和一线老师对初中诗歌教学这空白领域的关注和讨论，也“功德无量”了。我认为，这也应该是网上晒课的其中意义之一。

我现在网上展示的这节课，主要分成四大块：一是生本表演展示，引入诗歌内容；二是学生分成生本小组，自主阅读理解诗歌并填表，然后交流；三是读写结合，现场小组合作写“Dad Knows Best”，并进行诗歌朗读比赛；四是阅读拓展，讲故事，升华情感，理解父母，感恩父母。

理想和现实往往有差距。现在回看这节课，不要说他人，我自己也万分不满意：一是课堂内容多，求全求多，想面面俱到，结果平均用力，没有侧重点，违背了“一课一得”的教学原则；二是作为诗歌教学，朗读应该是重点，课堂上应该是书声琅琅，事实是课堂上读得很不够充分；三是多媒体课件用的有点多和滥，“机”是为“课”和课堂上的“人”服务的，能精简就尽量精简。绝不能用新的“机灌”代替以往的“人灌”；四是本人的教学组织能力和课堂驾驭能力很不强，口语不流利，语言不精练，今后要扎扎实实练语言基本功。

6、创新了词汇教学方式

基于很多学生英语基本功差是因为词汇功底差的现实，我注重了词汇的教学和积累。首先，以单元为单位，先集中学习和记词汇（重点在音形义），然后然后分散到

各课时分散学习，重点关注词汇的用法，最后，在学完整个单元后，采用默写卷的方式检测词汇的积累情况，最后分组评比。经历了如此的总分总的多轮循环后，学生的词汇积累得相对牢固一些。从考试的情况看，单词拼写的正确率明显提高。

二、今后英语教学要改进的方面

1、生本小组的合作学习缺乏活力，要想办法激发小组活力。

2、英语教学缺乏问题意识和研究意识，今后要根据自己班上出现的情况，为自己确定一个“微课题”，目的是解决实际问题，然后及时记下具体做法，总结经验。

3、“三分靠教学，七分靠管理（沟通）”只有与学生在情感上产生共鸣，关爱学生，亲近学生，学生才会听你的课，提高效率。否则，你精心备的课，学生不听，与不备课无异。也即所谓“亲其师，信其道”。下学期总复习时要与学生多商量，多交流，争取学生的广泛参与。(这不也可看作是走群众路线么？)

4.勤记博客，在平时教学中的问题和稍纵即逝的是思想火花，要及时记录下来，作为今后教学和研究的一手资料。
