反思一：八年级英语月考反思

针对本学期第一次月考成绩，结合我班学生英语学习的现状，我作了以下教学反思：

1、学生在英语课堂上不积极参与，缺少主动发言的热情或根本不愿意发言；对英语学习缺乏自信心和学习动力；另外，相当一部分学生在听新课时跟不上老师的节奏或不能理解教师相对较快的语言。

2、课堂知识的掌握不实在、理解不全面，课外花的冤枉时间多；而大部分学生对书本知识不够重视，找不到英语学科复习的有效载体，不能有效的利用课本，适时地回归课本，复习缺乏系统性、主动性。

3、部分学生在复习时缺乏系统安排和科学计划，或者学习和复习没有个性化特点, 导致学习效果不明显。

根据以上情况，我认为作为中考学生的把关者，教师首先要有正确地意识，应充分认识到：一节课有没有效益，并不是指教师有没有教完内容或教得认真不认真，而是指学生有没有学到什么或学生学得好不好。如果学生不想学或学了没有收获，即使教师教得很辛苦也是无效教学；或者学生学得很辛苦，却没有得到应有的发展，也是无效或低效课堂教学。

针对以上问题，可以从以下几个方面进行反思提高：

1、在教学设计中要充分为"学"而教，以学生如何有效获取知识，提高能力的标准来设计教学。其实在教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和学生学习的积极性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不停止。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。

2、多鼓励后进生开口说英语，并能及时地表扬他们。每天做好后进生的补差工作，绝不把今天的事情拖到明天来做。

3、在复习过程中，还要采取一些必要的措施来巩固和增强复习效果。如做到：

（1）根据复习内容，布置适量的难度适中的练习；

（2）循环考试，即每学完一部分后，进行阶段性测试，对试卷进行评分登记，以充分调动学生的学习积极性和自觉性。

4、在整个英语复习中还应遵循一条原则：和谐师生关系，做到以教师为主导，以学生为主体；以教学大纲为基础，以应用为目的。在归纳、检查、分析、对比、讨论、总结中因势利导，因材施教，从而达到提高学生自学能力,提高复习效果的目的，在中考中取得优异的成绩。

总之，我们已经认识到课堂教学的重要性和对学生指导的紧迫性，因此，需要不断地更新理念，提高自身的理论水平和实践能力，为学生的英语学习和轻松面对中考作出最大的成绩。

反思二：八年级英语月考反思

月考的成绩上周三就知道了，之所以今天在在这里总结，主要是想等小兔回来一同分析这次月考的情况。在记录本次月考成绩的同时，顺便也记录下了小兔班上第一名及她的好朋友小罗的成绩，好让她自己做个比较，找出差距。

这次数学确实是考砸了，考出了初中以来的最低分，数学的分数是最先知道的，知道了数学的分数后小兔和我都做了认真的分析与总结，问题主要有以下几个方面：

1、对待数学还缺少学习数学必须具备的严谨的态度，这个不严谨的态度可以追述到暑假预习的时候，暑假预习时对待没有掌握的概念和错题没有引起重视，没有去深入分析

思考，开学后的错题本也是只顾将错题抄在错题本上就算了，没有反思、更没有回顾，课外的拔高题倒是做了不少，但都是猴子扳包谷，没有在做之前回顾前一天没有掌握的错难题，遇到自己不能解决的问题看了答案后，也没有好好地思考，当时是看懂了，但没有深入思考，过后不回顾，过一段时间又忘记了，见到这种题时有似曾相识的感觉但又不会做了。

解决思路：要尽量做到做一道题就会一类题，准备错题本的同时还要准备好题本，遇到难题、错题光改错还不行，还应该分析错误点、知识漏洞、考察点，总结这种类型题的解题思路、解题突破口、条件陷阱，每天做的课外练习量不一定要多，做一些有代表性的典型例题就可以了，关键是做了之后要反思，第二天做新题之前必须回顾第一天的题型，真正能做到掌握这一类题型。

2、不论是数学还是物理在计算上都有问题，不细心只是表面上的问题，反复的错误是更深层次地反映了有些基础知识掌握不牢固。

解决思路：规范书写、准备正规的草稿本，分析错误反应的漏洞，及时改正，做题之前一定要有一个严谨的态度、细致平静的心态。

3、对难题有畏难情绪，不爱思考。

解决思路：每周利用周末适当地做几题拔高的典型题，题量不用太多，有代表性就可以，关键是做了之后要反思、总结、回顾，尽量我自己先将这些题弄懂，挑选出来，让小她做了之后给我讲一次。返校时在准备几道相关类型的好题带到学校，让她每天在做新题前在做一次。尽量养成严谨的数学思维。

其它几科的情况，我在周三家长探视日时也同各位任课老师简单地交流了一下，语文有进步，英语失分是犯了一些非常低级的错误，物理计算上出了些问题，目前看来这几科的情况都还可以，继续保持，特别是物理还是要多做一些题，毕竟这是一门新的学科，小兔对物理的还是很有兴趣的。

这次月考充分的说明了数学的重要性，小免的数学比第一名和第三名差了18分，这个差距真不小，这个差距也引起了我们对数学学习的重视，与反思，感到庆幸的是这个问题暴露得早，让我们有调整的信心与时间，数学的较量才开始，希望小兔能因为这次失败有所收获。

昨天返校前，我为她写家长寄语时也将我的分析、建议及调整后的学习规划都详细地写在了寄语本上，并同她做了很好的沟通，咱们母女的观点基本一致。

反思三：八年级英语月考反思

八年级英语试卷题型多样，灵活，要求高，难度较大。本次考试试卷，联系学生实际生活，紧扣课本，突出对学生语言运用能力的考察，但对我们的学生来说，要求确实有点高。例如：词汇应用上不仅要掌握单词的词性、还要注意动词的时态变化、固定搭配，如果考虑得不到位就会造成失分。由此可见，只能简单的读读背背英语词汇句子，而不能灵活运用所学知识，是很难学好英语的，也不可能考出理想的成绩。

粗心大意，审题不严是失分的原因之一。其次基础知识不扎实，基本的单词等拼写错误，这说明平时的教学中，机械性记忆落实不到位，应强化训练。

听力和阅读是英语学习的重头戏，也是教学的难点。每次考试都是失分较多的题型。要想提高听力和阅读能力必须进行大量的听读训练，课堂上，老师只能提供有限的时间，指导方法和技巧。"师傅引进门，修行在个人。"

面对严峻的现实，总要有改进的措施，有解决问题的办法。首先狠抓基础知识和基本技

能。根据本班的学情，应降低要求，立足课本，掌握最基本的知识，逐步培养他们的学习兴趣，力争降低低分率，提高及格率。教会学生如何有效利用有限的课堂45分钟是很重要的。英语是实践性强的学科，要大胆地练习，敢说、敢读，积极回答老师提出的问题，哪怕回答错误，都是一次听说训练，课堂上积极发言是很有好处的，它可以使学生集中精力，提高听课效率。对课堂上不清楚的地方，下课后一定要及时向老师请教，否则漏洞越来越大，造成英语成绩的严重下滑。

总之，英语的教学工作步履艰难，但是我仍会尽心，尽力，尽责做好本职工作，期待下次考出更好的成绩。

反思四：八年级英语月考反思

本次考试主要考查八年级上1-3单元的内容，总分150分，时间90分钟。题型分为客观性试题(即选择题，包括听力、单项选择、句型转换 和完型填空、阅读理解)和主观性试题(即非选择题, 包括方框中选词填空、完成对话、完成译句和作文)。试卷紧扣教材，设题阶梯性好，难易相当。注重基础和能力相结合。能力题有一定拓展。有一定的深度和广 度。同时也兼顾上学期的部分内容。这样有利于突出学生主体，尊重学生的个体差异。

从学生答题情况来看，主要存在以下问题：

1.两极分化情况比上学期更严重。

2. 基础知识不扎实。缺漏多，遗忘率高。如在基础部分的单词填空第4题，只知道空格缺动词，但不进一步考虑填入动词
