《外贸英语函电(双语)》课程实验报告书

一、实验目的

《外贸英语函电》是国际贸易专业一门主干课程。本课程注重理论与实践相结合,既要讲授对外贸易业务各个环节的知识,又要训练和培养有关外贸业务环节的语言表达能力;即培养能够洽谈业务,又能撰写函电的外贸人才,为今后从事外贸工作打下坚实的基础。本实验课程旨在培养学生掌握外贸英语函电的基本知识,并能熟练地加以运用。主要任务是培养学生能够迅速适应对外经贸业务活动的需要,帮助其系统地学习和掌握外贸英语函电的格式、专业词汇、行文方法与文体特点,提高学生在外贸业务活动中正确地使用英语的能力,以及对外进行各项业务联系和通讯活动的能力,使学生能以英语为工具开展外经贸业务。

二、实验内容简介

通过外贸英语函电实验课程的学习,要求学生掌握外经贸业务信函的撰写要点,初步做到能在一般情况下写出内容确切、表达得体、符合规范、语句通顺、没有语法错误的信函;了解业务信函的趋向,能运用现代化的信息传送方式进行贸易沟通。

实验以个人形式进行,分四次实验,时间为8学时。实验项目为贸易活动中各类往来函电的撰写,包括建立业务联系、发盘、还盘等环节,具体见每次实验课任务布置内容。

要求每位实验人员于课堂时间完成相关练习,所有实验结束后,提交1份实验总报告。

三、实验步骤

本课程实验使用“世格外贸教学软件外贸单证教学系统V3.0”中的函电部分,实验操作步骤如下:

1、打开IE浏览器,输入网址http://glxy/doc,进入如下页面。

2、输入用户名及密码,登录练习界面。点击“我的练习”,进入老师事先布置的实验项目列表,点击相应的实验项目对应的“答题”栏。

3、点击“要求和说明”所在行中的“查看”,仔细阅读“题目要求和说明”。

4、返回“我的练习”页面,点击并进入“练习模版”,寻找并下载“题目要求和说明”中所要求下载的“模版”,答题模版的编号与实验项目的编号相同。

5、下载模版,使用模版答题。

6、完成练习后,在我的练习中点击相应题目的答题按钮进入。点“添加答案”,将完成的练习上传到系统中,完成答题。

五、实验总结

通过本次世格外贸教学软件外贸单证教学系统的实验,我对外贸英语函电基本格式,专业词汇,行文方法与文体特点有了了解与掌握。《外贸英语函电》是国际贸易专业一门主干课程,本课程注重理论与实践相结合,既要讲授对外贸易业务各个环节的知识,又要训练和培养有关外贸业务环节的语言表达能力;即培养能够洽谈业务,又能撰写函电的外贸人才,本次实验可以为今后从事外贸工作打下坚实的基础。当然在实验的过程中,我发现自己有很多的不足。主要表现在以下几个方面:

第一,专业词汇掌握不够,在刚开始写信函的时候,总要翻课本去查一些专业的表达,从而浪费了很多时间。

第二,英语基础不好,有些句子语法错误,或者表达不准确。

第三,对商务信函的文体特点不熟悉,所以在写的过程中逻辑混乱。

本次的外贸实验让我受益匪浅,在学习知识的同时让我认识到自己很多的不足,这也让我在今后的学习中方向更加明确。
