考研自我介绍稿怎么写及范文

一、自我介绍稿的作用

在求职面试时，大多数面试主持者会要求应聘者做一个自我介绍，一方面以此了解应聘者的大概情况，另一方面考察应聘者的口才、应变和心理承受、逻辑思维等能力。千万不要小看这个自我介绍，他既是打动面试考官的“敲门砖”,也是推介自己的极好机会，因此一定要好好把握。为了给招聘者留下好的第一印象，有必要在面试之前提前写好一个自我介绍稿。

二、自我介绍稿的类型

自我介绍包括口头介绍和书面介绍两种。书面的自我介绍有自传性质的自我介绍，如《鲁迅自传》《老舍自传》等；另一种是推介性质的自我介绍，主要是向用人单位推介自己。我们这里所讲的是推介性质的为口头介绍而提前准备的一种应用文。

三、自我介绍稿的内容

（1）要有称谓，这是出于礼节的需要，如“尊敬的老师”“尊敬的各位领导”.

（2）简要告诉对方自己的身份，这部分不必太详细，因面试之前招聘者对介绍者一般已有所了解；如果是临时应聘面试可以同时递上自己的个人简介。

（3）个人背景与经历的介绍，这方面可以包括家庭背景、学校学习、工作实践、社会经历等。

（4）个人工作模式、生活理念、未来设想等最能表现出个人特点的内容。

（5）针对工作岗位的需要表达还有适合工作要求的其他兴趣与特长。

（6）表示感谢的结语。

四、写作自我介绍稿应注意的问题

（1）写作自我介绍稿切忌写的呆板、平淡，没有展现个人特点，不仅要简要介绍自己身份，更要注重介绍自己的有关经历和成就，证明自己可以很好承担想应聘的工作岗位。要注重展现个人特点，甚至可以增加点文学色彩。

（2）自我介绍稿不能写成长篇大论，但也不能太简短，因为要求作这类自我介绍都有时间要求，长篇大论不仅准备时自己记不住，面试时会冗长哕唆，而且还可能言多必失绘人留下许多疑问；太简短又不能表达和展示自己。
