1. 如何搜索有效目标客户邮件?

这个是很多兄弟姐妹头疼的一个问题,特别是新手朋友,老手可以直接跳过:我的方法是根据行业关键字,在搜索引擎里搜索,这个需要花费大量的时间跟力气去做,另外还有个巧妙的技巧大家不妨碍试一下,就是把 email跟关键词放在一起用,举个例子,我们从事的行业是地板业,那你搜索关键词用"email+floor或 floor+email" 同理还有contact+关键字,效果类似,尝试一下效果吧?根据行业细化,还可以用更专业的行业关键词!

2.如何管理电子邮件系统?

是不是根据1的方法努力一番后觉得很有成就感,可是面对一大堆电子邮件,有的甚至重复了,你如何管理呢?我推荐的方法是 采用WORD格式,将所有的电子邮件地址按地区+关键词分类,发送前一定要做这个工作,否则就没有意义拉,因为好多说不定是你的同行呢!但同行也要分地区,你要看哪些地区是自己有能力生产的,如果是我们大陆的,那基本意义就不大了,因为即使是外贸公司,竞争也非常激烈,价格不会好,但这么说并不排除他们就不是你的好客户的可能性,自己要用心去把握了.然后如果你从事的是劳动密集性行业,而又是在欧美的卖家,你就要注意了,真正的大买家不会说自己是买家的,他们都是伪装成卖家或者厂商,那你的机会又来了,你见过哪个美国工厂组织了几百个人在做低价值高劳动强度的事的?所以他们必定是采购无疑了,试试运气吧.

3.整理好了,如何发送邮件!

经过整理,还是有一大堆邮件,头疼不疼?不能疼啊,他们可是你赚钱的工具,虽然不能减少数量,但可以减少工作量啊...这里就显示出我教大家用WORD整理邮件的好处了,用CTR+鼠标 点 变成蓝色的邮件地址,他会自动跳出OUTLOOK格式的新邮件,(有时候没蓝色电邮格式,那么请把光标放到邮件地址尾巴后,按ENTER,如果点出的是网页,先选中邮件右键选择删除链接,--这一定是从网站复制下来的时候没清除格式!呵呵),这样操作可以免除你不停复制邮件地址跟OFFER信格式的烦恼,只要写写标题就行了,而且点过的邮件地址会变成红色,防止发重复了,是不是很方便?

4.如何提高邮件回复率!

A 写一篇好的OFFER信格式,这是起码的,要清楚的说明你是做什么的,要发给什么人的,不要让人阅读有困难,毕竟大家时间都是宝贵的.

B 整理出一些重要的信息,这点也在第2步做,所以第2步很重要的,具体怎么分辨,就看自己水平跟了解程度了,对这类邮件,要严重对待,操作的方法可以根据对方公司的特征,适当修改OFFER信,使它看起来比一般商业OFFER更用心些,另外加上阅读回执跟紧要程度!并且写完后一段时间没有回复的话,请另外找找他们的邮件地址,再写上一篇问候的,查询一下还有没有收到,实在

很重要的话,可以发一份传真,传真速度快,也花不了几个钱的---貌似跑题了..怎么说到传真去了,呵呵.

5.其他注意点:

1.首要一点,不想大多人拒收你的信,甚至你公司的所有信,请发OFFER用私人邮件地址,回复再用你公司的邮件.这会有所麻烦,但是没办法,一但你的邮件服务器被某些公司盯上后,他们判定你的邮件地址服务器为垃圾发送器,会大范围的屏蔽掉.防止这点只有用其他邮件地址发送或者发送的时候注意不要使用群发,不管是手动的或者是软件操作的,(这里鄙视下软件发送的人,你都对别人不懂尊重,你怎么指望别人跟你做生意呢...).手动发送信的时候一份一份发送,以质取胜! 即使你用一样的OFFER模板,也记得过一阵变换下标题,或者内容!

2.针对海外的客户,最好是使用海外邮件服务器,(因为国内的很多服务器因为发了大量的垃圾邮件而像1中说的那样被屏蔽了)但是有些公司怕麻烦,不懂设置,可以使用YAHOO,MSN HOTMAIL等国际化通用邮件,他们不至于被屏蔽.

3.使用YAHOO等邮件系统时,如果怕别人误会,可以把自己的邮件地址放在抄送里,客人会明白你的苦心,即使不明白,以后也方便解释的.

如何让客户回复你的外贸邮件?

给客户发过邮件后就没有回信,这是让很多外贸业务员感到困惑的一个难题。其实,外贸业务员如果能改进自己的联系方法,客户回复率将会大大提高!

如你与某外商第一次联系,稍微注意一下写信的方法,那么效果可能大不一样.

1、邮件标题只能是客户求购的产品名称,建议不要加其它的任何多余语言,这样,客户打开你邮件的可能性一般可达到100%;

2、开头语简洁带过证明你是专业而老练的商人,可立即拉近与客户的距离,而对商人来说过多的寒喧实在是多余;不少人喜欢一开始就说从何得知该客户的,建议一般情况下最好不用提,客户在那里发布过求购信息,客户自己知道,多说多余.

3、开头语特忌讳主动过多介绍自己,因为会给人一种推销的感觉,给人的第一感觉就不好,事实上,没有几个客户会有耐心来阅读你的长篇介绍的,不主动过多介绍自己将一定反而会给客户一种很自信、很专业的印象,这种印象对你来说是非常重要的;

4、简洁开头后,你必须立即进入正文,即报价,因为客户最关心的无非是产品规格与价格而已,你如不能提供客户想要的东西,客户回你干吗?立即进入报价,证明你是专业做该行的,你是有诚意、实实在在想做生意的,大家的时间都很宝贵,都不想浪费时间,特别是欧美商人更是如此;

有人说,客户询盘中规格说的不全,无法报价,事实上,没有那个外商会在询盘中一次就把要求说完的,你可估摸着试探性报,报错了没关系,这只是证明你是专业的、多年做该行的,如所报的规格与客户所要的不符,客户一般会很快回复你并详细告诉你他所需产品的具体要求的;有人总喜欢第一次联系客户时就

问东问西的,有些国家的客户(如印度、韩国)可能会耐心回你,但对大多数欧美客商(如美国)来说,他们一般是不会回复该类邮件的;

5、所报的价必须是实价,必须与现有的市场行情相吻合,价太低,客户知道你不是做该行,不会理你;价太高也会吓跑客户,客户也不会回你,所以,切勿乱报价,应了解清楚了、多比较后再报,对新产品、对外贸公司来说这点尤其重要;

6、第一次联系客户时,除非客户在询盘中提出,最好不要主动附上图片,以免被删或被国外反垃圾邮件软件拦截;

7、与客户第一次联系最好用HOTMAIL邮箱,或在邮件中另附上你的HOTMAIL邮箱,因为垃圾邮件泛滥的原因,中国越来越多的邮件服务器被国外打入黑名单,你发的邮件可能最终进不了客户的邮箱,或客户回你的邮件你也收不到,这种情况已越来越严重,而用HOTMAIL邮箱一般不会有这方面的问题;

8、强烈建议:如你不能报出有一定竟争力的价格,请最好不要联系客户,既然报不了价自然就成不了,不仅客户很可能不会理你,你又何必浪费你及外商宝贵的工作时间呢?对外贸公司来说,何不在货源上多下点功夫,效果一定好很多!

总之,你联系客户的目地无非是为了争取能最终成交,而要能最终实现成交的目地,你起码总要迈过产品规格相符、出口报价适当这两个槛,直接洽谈这两个最重要的问题,不仅外商喜欢,也必能大大缩短成交的进程,大家何乐何不为呢?
