Pressure is a serious problem in today’s world. Students in our class are under too much pressure. Some students can’t get on well with their classmates, while others may worry about their exams.

I’m always under pressure, too. My parents want me to be the top student in class. So they send me to all kinds of training classes at weekends.

Last Monday evening, I had a talk with my mother. I told her I was not lazy. I really felt tired. I needed time to relax. My mother agreed with me at last. So I think a conversation with parents is necessary to solve the problem.

Once I saw the TV show, it was about the fathers and their kids having the match, they were separated by five groups and compete for the match. At first, they were competing happily, but as the game came to the end, the last group was so worried. The father inspired his kid to stick on and finish the match, while the kid was crying because he knew he must be the last. After the match, the father told his kid that winning was not the most important thing for the match, the first thing was to enjoy the game and finish it, the result was not that important. I agree with the father, the child must be endowed with the consciousness that to enjoy the game is more important than to win. Every match can only have one win, but we can enjoy every match。

In our daily life, if we get on harmoniously with our friends, we’ll feel more joyous. But we’ll feel lonely without friends.When our friends feel upset or get ill, we shouldn’t ignore them or look down upon them. On the contrary, we ought to calm them down, show our love and concern to them and try our best to help them overcome the hardships. Sometimes we may have some misunderstandings or disagreements with our friends, thus we had better have a discussion

with them and try to accept their good ideas instead of quarreling with them. As long as we can follow these good suggestions, we’ll find it easy to make more friends。

.Everyone has his or her hobbies. My hobby is collecting stamps. I collect all kinds of stamps, mostly Chinese stamps. I started collecting stamps when I was in my elementary school. I enjoy collecting stamps because I can learn many things from these stamps. I hope my stamp collection will grow slowly to include foreign stamps. I plan to have many pen pals and exchange letters with them, so I can collect more stamps from letters.

Do you have any hobbies? If not ,what do you do in the holidays ? I have many hobbies .On weekdays ,when I study in school ,I play with my classmates .Sometimes I play volleyball with them,sometimes I play football with them .I think playing football is very interesting and exciting .But when I get home ,I like listening to music alone .Also I like reading story books.When I am not happy about something ,I usually draw some pictures though I am not good at drawing .On weekends ,there is no class ,I like shopping with my friends and my parents .

As we know,there are all kinds of means of transportation in everyday life.In my opinion,riding a bike is the best.

Nowadays,pollution becomes more and more serious,which forces people to take measures to reduce it.Riding a bike is not only helpful to protect environment but also beneficial to our health.

In addition,it won't cause traffic jam.

Therefore,I suggest riding a bike as much as possible,not only for our health but also for our environment.

It`s important to keep healthy

Nowdays, more and more people don`t value their healths. They always stay up late,do less exercise and eat much junk food and so on.So these bad habits make them ill and unhealthy. Do you know how to keep in good health? If you don`t know,then let me show you how to do.Firstly（First of all,At first), you`d better drink at least eight glasses of water every day. Then(Secondly), you`d better exercise very often such as running,playing all kinds of ball sports,taking walks and so on . Nowdays,English has been welcomed by more and more people.And it is the most important language in the world.But do you know how to learn it better?Well,the first thing that you should do is to trust yourself.Secondly,you have to prepare one notebook for making notes in English class.Thirdly,you must review what you have learnt and do more extracurricular exercises because practice makes perfect.Finally,you must read two or three pieces of newspapers,listen to some English music and watch one or two movies every day.And you can't give it up at any time!Hope my advice can help you learn English better.
