自我介绍环节可以说内容。大致包括姓名、年龄、家庭、经历、特长、兴趣等，如此多的内容，要选择哪些陈述呢？每项内容该如何安排？以下是总结出的自我介绍的五个原则。

一、讲究语言表达技巧
