8月份工作总结/9月份工作计划

尊敬的各位领导、各位同事:

大家下午好!

下面由我代表长富园林酒店综合部,对上月的工作做总结,对9月份的今天工作做计划。

一、销售业绩:

在8月份,综合部销售业绩总额为: 183986 ,相比7月份,上涨 9018 。 其中,客房营业额为: 114300 ,相比7月份上涨 13116 。茶楼营业额为: 69686 相比7月份下降4098 。

二、业务技能

通过陈露主管、李丰豆、李梅两位领班的培训和监督,所有一线员工的业务技能都有很大提高。

1.以前茶楼有客人来,服务员会问:“你是参加婚宴的客人吗?”

现在,有客人来到茶楼,服务接待人员会问:“您好,请问,您有预定吗?”

两种不同的语言,体现了两种不同的素质,后者更加有礼貌,更避免了很多的歧义和误解以及不必要的麻烦。

2.服务员的推销意识明显上升,推销成果非常明显。

从上月开始,我们对员工进行了提成激励,分班分组。

在7月份,我们茶楼的20元/杯及以上价格的茶水总共的销售是50多杯,8月份的销售总成绩是118杯,比前一个月翻了一番。虽然,茶楼的大部分顾客都是宴席宾客,还是充分说明一点,我们的培训是有成绩的,我们的员工推销意识在提高,团队合作的精神在深入。

三、物品使用、能源节约

1.低值易耗品,综合部7月份的使用总价值为: 6167.75 ,8月份的易耗品总价值为:5836.3, 相比7月份下降了331.45,而8月份的总营业额却反而提高了9018 ,说明一点:我们平常的工作没有白做。

2.能源方面,我们制定了相应的《综合部能源使用管理制度》,空调的设置温度等细节都做出了统一的标准和控制方案,有专人负责,落实到人头。

3.不管是客房部、保安部、还是茶楼,以前的每个月物品盘点,总是要差,物品总是遗失。从上月开始,我们学习了物品的“六常法”管理,对物品进行了科学的分类、整理,不再是以前的乱堆乱放,上月,我们的物品没有遗失,同时,很大程度上也提高了工作效率。

四、人事调整、工资调整

1.由于8月份工资尚未发放,我们用6、7月份两个月做统计比较:

7月份综合部工资40419.占总营业额的20%;

6月份综合部工资37620.占总营业额的23%;

我们的员工工资在增加,所占比例在下降,我们的人事结构更加科学、合理。

五、缺点

保安部人员不稳定,业务能力参差不齐,我们还需要进一步强化培训。

客房入住率近期有下降趋势,我们会找出根本原因所在,尽快解决问题。

9月份基本工作计划

在本月,由于综合部新增加机麻大厅,营业面积会更宽。综合各方面实际情况,我们将从以下几个方面开展工作。

1、纲要:

9.09-----9.15,主抓劳动纪律和行为规范。

9.16-----9.22,专业技能和工作效率。

9.23-----9.30,主抓安全防范和节能降耗。

2、清洁卫生天天抓,时时抓。

3、具体标准,责任人,综合部已经有具体的书面参照条文,并且已经公示

以上3个计划周期,在每一个周期的第一天,由部门经理在会议上会对部门员工宣读,综合部各部门严格实施,主管、领班监督检查,部门经理复查。

4、承诺:

a.如果没有完成计划,或者没有达到计划效果,由部门经理开始,逐级惩罚,惩罚方式为罚款,罚款幅度为20--200.

b.如果按时、按标准完成计划,达到计划效果,由部门经理开始,逐级奖励,奖励方式为现金,奖励幅度为20--200.

5、综合部9月份目标任务:18万
