房产证遗失怎么办？

房管局答复，若住房属国有土地上房屋，房产证丢失的，应按以下程序办理权属证书遗失登记：

1、房屋权利人应持身份证到市房管局，填写房产证遗失声明；

2、到房产档案馆查档并出具房产权属证明（房产档案馆收取查档费用）；

3、在报上刊登权属证书遗失声明；

4、6个月后，房管部门发布房屋所有权证书作废公告；

5、房屋权利人持刊登遗失声明和作废公告的原版报纸、身份证及复印件等资料到市房产交易管理处办理遗失登记发证手续。

收费标准是房屋所有权证工本费10元／本，印花税5元／本。

需要手续：房屋所有权证复印件或发证机关开具证明，

身份证复印件

【银行开户许可证】遗失声明 营业执照正（副）本复印件，经办人身份证复印件，单位介绍信，开户行

名称，单位账号，核准号，许可证编号。

【卫生许可证】正副本遗失声明 营业执照正（副）本复印件，经办人身份证复印件，单位介绍信，许可

证号

【公章，合同章，财务章，人名章】遗失声明 营业执照正（副）本复印件，经办人身份证复印件，单位

介绍信，派出所报案证明
