1.考生要注意审题

1)首先仔细阅读该广告;

2)弄清楚招聘单位对应聘者的要求;

3)假设自己就是应聘者,对照自身情况,看是否符合要求。

2. 写求职信时应注意的事项

1)写明你的详细地址及电话号码,以便对方与你联系;

2)称呼得当。

如果广告上没有写联系人是谁,则在求职信的开头可用:Dear Sir或Dear sirs。保险一点,可写 Dear sir/Dear madam。 如果广告上已写明联系人,在写求职信时,你就应写其姓名:Dear Mr. Smith, 或Dear Ms. Shirley Green等。

写求职信就像推销产品,言辞必须具有说服力,能打动对方。因此在正文中,你必须着重强调你的优点、长处,如学历、工作经历等,来证明你就是对方希望招聘的人员。但切忌过分夸张。

一、求职信的格式和内容:

求职信的写作格式一般由七部分组成,即标题、称呼、开头、正文、结尾、署名、日期、附件。

内容一般有:

1、求职缘起——开头,从何处得悉招聘信息;你求得该职位的动机,加入该企业的原因。

2、求职目标——你要申请什么职位。

3、求职条件——做自我介绍,说明你适合申请的职位的情况,提出你能为未来雇主做些什么,而不是他们为你做什么;扼要突出你的相关特点,即为什么你比别人更适合这个位置,强调你所受过的培训、你的经历、技能或成就。

4、求职附件——材料。

结尾留下你可以随时联系到你的电话或地址,并表示感谢。

二、求职信的写作注意事项

在西方,求职信和简历是一样重要的。而在我国,虽然有的雇主不要求写求职信,有的猎头顾问或是企业招聘人员也没时间仔细阅读求职信,只要一份简历。但求职信的作用还是不容小看。从最近中华英才网上的一份网上调查:“人事经理,您对求职信的关注程度如何?”34%参与调查的人事经理表示非常重视求职信,54%的人事经理表示将求职信作为重要参考,只有11%的人事经理是根本不看求职信。所以要重视写好求职信。

(一)几个原则性问题

1、突出求职信的针对性。

(1)介绍自己条件的针对性。

换位思考,从用人单位的角度出发考虑问题,针对某家招聘单位的某个招聘职位,有针对性地提供自己的背景材料。无关的别人不会感兴趣,甚至反成累赘。比如动辄说我热爱运动,在校是院系的球队主力等等;喜好文艺,是××合唱队队员;性格外向,交际广泛,朋友遍天下??如果你求的是一份办公室事务性工作,或技术开发工作,这样的特点未必有利,对方甚至怀疑:这家伙是个坐不住的人,不合适吧??总之要针对岗位需要,有利的就写,不利的不写。

(2)对不同职位的针对性。

针对性还要求每申请一份不同的工作,应该认真重写一份求职信,以表示自己对申请这份工作很真诚。不要写一份千篇一律的通用的求职信,然后大量复制,四处撒网、狂轰滥炸,到处投寄,其结果很可能处处落空。曾经有一家证券公司来学校招聘业务员,然而有一位毕业生上交的求职简历上写的求职意向却是“机械制造方向”,简直是风马牛不相及,令人啼笑皆非。

甚至在同一个招聘现场,对于不同的职位,你都应该写出不同的申请,才有针对性。

特别提醒:在求职材料的封面、求职信的右上角清楚写明求职单位和求职岗位,用这种形式来强化求职的针对性。可能由此就得到招聘人员的青睐。

2、内容要简短而精。主题紧紧围绕“我符合要求、我定能胜任、我有诚意应聘”,尽可能使招聘者感到他们需要你。切忌长篇大论,在一页纸,最多两页纸内完成。

记住你只有几秒钟吸引你的读者继续看下去。

言简义赅,切忌面面俱到。求职信的功用只是为你争取一个参加面试的机会,你不要以为凭一封求职信就可以找到一份你满意的工作,而且这种错误的心态会使你写的求职信罗罗嗦嗦。招聘人员工作量很大,时间宝贵,求职信过长会使其效度大大降低,1992哈佛人力资源研究所的一份测试报告的数据也证明了这一点,即一封求职信如果内容超过400个单词,则其效度只有25%,即阅读者只会留下对1/4内容的印象。

3、措辞有分寸。做到不卑不亢。过于谦卑,会给人庸碌无为的不良感觉;过于高傲,会给人轻佻浮夸的不好印象。语言精炼,措词尽量职业化。

4、页面(字迹)要工整。现在一般用打印稿,但如果你有一手洁净秀丽的字,本身就是一封最好的“介绍信”,容易给人留下良好的第一印象。但手写易出现错别字或语病,要当心,别因小失大。现在年轻人文字功底都不咋的,比过去差多了。

⒌写清联系方式。求职信一定要写清联系方式。包括通讯地址、邮编、电话(最好是手机)、电子信箱等。

(二)几个技巧性细节问题

1、素质是根本。

所有的长处、特点都不如——敬业精神

一位学习英文专业的毕业生应聘一个出版社的英文编辑,在求职信中他讲了自己的一个小故事来做自我介绍:上大学二年级时,看到一本英文杂志上有一篇文章的翻译存在一点小问题,出于对杂志的喜爱,我给主编写了一封信,并提供了自己的译法。半个月后,收到主编回信,感谢我,并赠我一本翻译小说。这位应聘者轻易应聘成功了,关键是他用故事诠释了自己的优点——爱较真,敬业精神强。这正是编辑所应具备的素质之一。

有一项调查表明,用人单位在招聘录用大学生时最看中的素质中,前5项指标分别是:1、专业知识与技艺。2、敬业精神 3、学习意愿强、可塑性高 4、沟通协调能力 5、基本的解决问题能力。

用人单位认为大学毕业生最欠缺的素质中前5项指标是:⒈敬业精神 ⒉基本的解决问题能力 ⒊承受压力、战胜挫折能力⒋相关工作和实习经验 ⒌工作定性高。 调查中发现,“敬业精神”在用人单位最看重的指标中列第二位,在用人单位认为大学生最欠缺的指标中列第一位。可见,大学生的工作态度、职业道德和职业操守是当前高等教育中的一个突出问题,值得我们认真考虑和对待。因此,大学生必须具有敬业精神,必须将职业道德和敬业精神放在头等重要位置来抓。 李开复:我曾面试过一位求职者。他在技术、管理方面都相当的出色。但是,在谈论之际,他表示,如果我录取他,他甚至可以把在原来公司工作时的一项发明带过来。随后他似乎觉察到这样说有些不妥,特作声明:那些工作是他在下班之后做的,他的老板并不知道。这一番谈话之后,对于我而言,不论他的能力和工作水平怎样,我都肯定不会录用他。原因是他缺乏最基本的处世准则和最起码的职业道德“诚实”和“讲信用”。如果雇用这样的人,谁能保证他不会在这里工作一段时间后,把在这里的成果也当作所谓“业余之作”而变成向其它公司讨好的“贡品”呢?一个人品不完善的人是不可能成为一个真正有所作为的人的。
