餐饮部在程总的亲切关怀、正确领导下,在全体员工的共同努力下,部门本着积极的心态、克服困难、扎实工作,顺利完成了博览会的各项工作任务,作为餐饮部负责人之一,现将20xx年博览会工作做以下总结:

一、接待方面

1、我部门的员工能在超负荷的情况下,全体人员在停休的基础上,完成了各项接待,

这是值得肯定的。当然,这里面也存在着一些不足,但在不足的方面我们也学到了很多,感

受到了很多。

2、对客接待,部门管理层时刻都特别强调同一个理念,凡是进到酒店的每一个客人都

要认真接待,决不允许有客人流失,不管是来的比较晚还是不大好说话的客人,我们都要同

样细心的去服务,尽最大的可能去增加营收。相比去年,今年我部门也达到了预想不到的效

果。

3、在引领客人时还是没有安排妥当,造成有些客人来时没有人引领,造成对客的怠慢。

4、在餐位上部门没有利用好有限的空间,造成有些客人来没有位置零时撤点菜处的展台,以至于比较仓促,让客人久等。

二、服务方面

1、服务人员在服务方面还是部是很到位,没有太多的去注重细节,造成有些客人对我们的服务还是不大认可。

2、在上菜肴方面服务人员还不是特别的仔细,没有看清楚、核对菜单就把没有的菜肴上桌,在这当中也有存在客人投诉现象。

3、管理人员在管理上也比较欠缺,平时在工作中没有真正去锻炼自己,在接待上还没有完全的掌握一定的技巧,太掉以轻心、没有抓住重点。

三、以上造成这些的主要原因是因为培训后没有跟踪、监督、落实到位,部门会将好的地方继续发扬,进一步改善管理、服务水平,也相信在部门全体人员共同努力下,一定会做的更好。
