创业计划书的撰写要求是:主题明确、结构合理 内容充实、重点突出、论据充分、论证严谨 方法科学、分析规范、文字通畅、表述准确 排版规范、装帧整齐。

(一)主题要明确

1.项目名称:体现创业投资的主旨或目标——科技、市场、价值。

2.封页:精心设计、体现项目特色;简洁规范、避免过于花俏。

3.报告摘要(1-2页)开门见山地综述:项目的名称、技术特点和优势、所属产业及趋势、市场需求及趋势、投资及其效益、基本结论等。

4.报告目录和章、节、目的标题:报告的逻辑思路和分析框架。
