湖北师范学院体育教育专业的学生教学能力培养的研究

摘 要：师范院校体育学院是培养未来体育教师的摇篮,它所培养的学生在毕业后

要走上 体育教师的岗位,鉴于目前就业形势的日益严峻以及大四学生面临的工作问题。本文主要采用文献资料法，观察法和数据统计法等对体育教育专业学生的教学能力现状，影响其发展的因素以及提高他们教学能力的方法进行研究。在研究结果中发现，一小部分学生未从事过体育教学，而从事过体育教学的学生中，他们在教法运用、教学组织、裁判等方面也还存在很多问题，为此，本文将用实习、考核、启发等对策提高他们的教学能力，为他们教学能力的培养与提高提供理论依据，从而提高他们的就业率，使他们能迎合社会需要。

the future physical education teachers, however, the professional students of physical education ,will get a physical teacher's positio in the future. as the increasingly , serious employment situation at present and senior students are facing the working problems.This paper is mainly used the method of

document literature,observation and data statistics to research the moment teaching ability of the physical education professional students,what is the

factor influence its developing and how to enhance their teaching's ability .The result told us a part of them never involved in any

teaching ,under investigation,they have many ploblems in the Teaching organization . this paper will use examination,internship and inspiration to strengthen the awareness of their theacher roles and improve their teaching ability ,provide theory reference for their teaching ability 's training and improving ,what's more , it will sovle their working problem and make them meet the social need.
