All over the world, people enjoy sports. Sports are good for people’s health. Many people like to watch others play games. They buy tickets or turn on their TV sets or may be online to watch. Sports change with the seasons. People play different games in different seasons. Sometimes they play inside the room. Sometimes they play outside. We can find sports here and there. Some sports are rather interesting and people everywhere like them. Football, for example, is very popular in the world. People from different countries cannot understand each other, but after a game they often become very friendly to each other.

During the day we work and play，and at night we sleep. Our body rests when we sleep. In the morning we are ready to work and play again. Our body grows most when we are asleep. Children who are tired usually need sleep. We can get better at our lessons after having plenty of rest. Boys and girls who are eight or nine years old need ten hours of sleep every night. Our body needs plenty of air when we are asleep. If we do not get enough fresh air, we will feel tired when we wake up. While in bed we must not cover our head，our lungs need to get enough fresh air.

It’s a fine morning. Li Lei and Lin Tao want to go to the Great Wall. At about 7: 00 in the morning， they are in a big bus. There are a lot of people in the bus. They are very happy to meet the Green family in the bus, too. There are two other Chinese in the bus. One is a woman. She is driving the bus. The other is a young man. He speaks English well. He is now talking about the Great Wall to the people in the bus. All the people are listening to him. They want to see the Great Wall very much. At about five to eight they get there.

Many people think if you turn off your TV, your life will be colorful. They also ask children to watch less TV. TV can bring children big problems. First, it’s bad for your studies. If you spend too much time on TV, you can’t do well at school. Second, it’s bad for your health. Because if you watch too much TV, you’re getting overweight, and your eyesight is getting worse. Also it’s bad for your family life. While families are watching TV, they don’t talk much.

If you turn off your TV for a week, maybe you can find something fun to do. Maybe you can read books, learn to swim or paint pictures.

 

第二篇：第二届书法比赛

第二届“四堂杯”中国书法精品大展征稿启事

“甲骨四堂”是指中国近代研究甲骨文的四位著名学者，即郭沫若（字鼎堂）、董作宾（字彦堂）、罗振玉（号雪堂）、王国维（号观堂），其中罗振玉、董作宾等还是甲骨文书法的奠基者。为纪念他们在甲骨学及甲骨书法方面的突出贡献，为弘扬中华优秀传统文化，充分发挥中国文字博物馆在精神文明建设中的积极作用和展示书法艺术的平台作用，20xx年中国文字博物馆在中国书法家协会和河南省书法家协会的大力支持下，举办了首届“四堂杯”中国书法精品大展，取得了圆满成功。中国文字博物馆在开馆三周年之际，与河南省书法家协会共同举办第二届“四堂杯”中国书法精品大展，将于20xx年10月中旬在中国文字博物馆举行，现面向全国征集作品，有关事宜通知如下:

一、艺术指导单位：

三、征稿对象：

海内外书法家、有一定造诣的书法爱好者。

四、征稿要求：

1、作品内容要求积极向上，提倡自撰诗词文赋。作品尺寸不超过八尺整纸，竖幅，不收册页和长卷。作品书体不限，草书、篆书须另附

释文。篆刻作品须拓印在不大于四尺对开的宣纸上，印拓不少于八方，并附边款二至四方。投稿件数不限，投稿作品请勿装裱。

2、投稿时务必在作品背面右下角用铅笔注明作者真实姓名、性别、出生年月、电话、通讯地址和邮编。并另附个人艺术简介（不超过200字）。

3、征稿时间：即日起至20xx年9月10日止。时间以当地邮戳为准。

4、投稿作品每件收取评审费30元（海外投稿每件10美元）。评审费通过邮局普通汇款，汇款单上务必注明投稿者姓名。并将汇款单复印件粘贴在作品背面左下角。

中国书法家协会会员投稿凭会员证复印件免交评审费。请将会员证复印件粘贴在作品背面左下角。

五、评选：由主办单位与中国书协协商邀请全国著名书法家评选。

六、奖项设置：本届大展设金奖5名、奖金各15000元；银奖10名，奖金各8000元；铜奖15名，奖金各3000元。经初评，入展作品400件。获奖及入展作品由中国文字博物馆收藏，向作者颁发收藏证书并赠送大展作品集一册（套）。

七、活动进程及展览事项请随时关注中国文字博物馆网站（）、河南省书法家协会官方网站（www.shufa.hn）。

八、主办单位对入展及获奖作品有出版、展示、宣传、收藏及落选作品的处理权。凡投寄稿件者均视为同意本启事的各项规定。未尽事宜另行通知。
