The Chinese cultural flower

China is an ancient country which has several thousand years. Culture is the reflection and combination of the politics ,economics and literature.This semester I am glad to attend the course “an introduction to chinese culture”This course broadens my horizon and I learnt a lot about chinese culture from it. Morever,it also motivate me to learn and protect our precious cultural resources.

  To me ,chinese culture is a colouful flower composed of four petals.The green petal, represents life and hope.Even though so many years have passed by, the development of chinese culture is still proprous. In this modern society, people become increasingly aware of the significance of chinese culture.For instance,the great thought of confuciansm has influenced us for thousands of years. Nowadays it bacomes even more popular with us .Just like the green color,our chinese culture is hopeful and vigorous .Then I also believe that chinese culture will achieve a bright future!

Blue ,we can associate it with the color of the sea and sky.Chinese culture is similar to the botton of the blue sea.we can’t know the depth of the sea just like we can’t know how long the chinese culture has existed actually. The width of the chinese culture is also beyond our imagination. We can’t know the width of the sky just like you can’t know how many areas the chinese culture cover.Chinese culture is famous for its broden and prefounding influence. There is no exaggeration to use the depth of the blue sea and the width of the blue sky to describ the chinese culture.

Purple, a color represents mystery and nobility.Chinese culture occupies a noble position in my heart.Every kind of culture has its meaningful existence.I will respect and cherish our precious culture. You may guess the last color of the chinese cultural flower.What a pity!The last flower petal withered before I could know the color of it.Because of the insufficient pretection of our chinese culture.Some precious culture has vanished in our civilisation for various reasons.If we don’t take immediate actions to pretect it ,I think the other three petals will wither within years.We should learn some lessons from the issue of “which country is the origin of the dragon boat festival”.If we are not aware of the seriousness of the present situation,more and more precious culture will be deprived by others!

Our presentation

The topic of our presentation is “ movie culture”. In the process of making our presentation,I collect many materials about the functions of movies .From all these materials I know that movies are indispensable for our society.Movies speed up the development of the politic ,economic and culture.We are so lucky to give the presentation about movie culture which has became a part of our daily life. An wonderful movie can have prefounding influence on audience.Our presentation introduced many popular and famous movies to the classmates. Besides, several famous actors and directors are also included such as lilianjie and zhangyimou.

The feedback

However,I think there are still some improvement that could be made for our presentation. As an improtant medium to develop the culture ,movies also influence the audience’s thoughts and actions. We suggested that they should be careful when they choose between different kinds of movies .Evrey coins has two sides, I believe it will be better if we could choose the movies that can cultivate our personalities. Morever,I also want to share my personal opinions here.Movies in different countries have their own characteristics.It is the same to China. China is outstanding in producing the ancient kongfu movies.I think it is a terrific characteristic that we should impair and preserve in movie industry.
