读《新课程教学法》心得体会

学习了《新课程教学法》一书后，深有感触，它让我认识到新课程改革，是一次深刻的改革，新课改倡导全人教育，强调课程要促进每个学生身心健康的发展，培养学生良好的品质的终身学习的能力，新课改倡导建设性学习，注重科学探究的学习，关注体验性学习，提倡交流与合作、自主创新学习，课程改革的成败关键在于教师，教师是课程改革的实施者，作为教师的我必须做好充分的准备，学习新课程改革理论，更新教学观念，迎接新课改的挑战。下面简单地回顾一下我入伍以来所做的一些英语教学工作。

一、面向全体学生，为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。

1、创设各种情景，鼓励学生大胆地使用英语，对他们在学习过程中的失误和错误采取宽容的态度。

2、为学生提供自主学习和直接交流的机会，以及充分表现和自我发展的一个空间。

3、鼓励学生通过体验、实践、合作、探索等方式，发展听、说、读、写的综合能力。

4、创造条件让学生能够探究他们自己的一些问题，并自主解决问题。

二、关注学生情感，创造民主、和谐的教学气氛。

学生只有对自己、对英语及其文化有积极的情态，才能保持英语学习的动力并取得成绩，刻板的情态，不仅会影响英语学习的效果，还会影响其它发展，情态是学好英语的重要因素，因此我努力创造宽

松民主、和谐的教学空间，做到：

1、尊重每个学生，积极鼓励他们在学习中的尝试，保护他们的自尊心和积极性。

2、把英语教学与情态有机地结合起来，创造各种合作学习的活动，促进学生互相学习，互相帮助，体验成就感，发展合作精神。

3、关注学习有困难的或性格内向的学习，尽可能地为他们创造语言的机会。

4、建立融洽、民主的师生交流渠道，经常和学生一起反思学习过程和学习效果，互相鼓励和帮助，做到教学相长。

三、加强对学生学习策略的指导，让他们在学习和适用的过程中逐步学会如何学习做到：

1、积极创造条件，让学生参与到阶段性学习目标，以及实现目标的方法。

2、引导学生结合语境，采用推测、查阅和协调的方法进行学习。

3、引导学生在学习过程中，进行自我评价，并根据需要调整自己的学习目标和学习策略。

四、对学生进行有效的评价。

评价可以使学生认识自我，树立自信，有助于反思及调整自己的学习过程，对学生回答学习过程中的表现进行及时的评价，如有口头评价、等级评价、学生之间互相评价等方法，充分发觉学生的进步，鼓励学生自我反思，自我提高，以学生综合运用能力为目标，侧重于学生理解和获取信息，通过评价学生学会分析自己的成绩和不足，明

确努力方向。

新课程改革必须要与实践相结合，即将努力学习，积极进取，积极参与课程改革，在课改中不断学习，不断实践，不断反思，愿与新课程共同成长 。

 

第二篇：英语心得体会

Each time when I finish a period of my life, I will summarize what I get and what I lose, so is this time. During the two years, I have learned a lot from my English classes. At the end of this semester, I intend to write something about my achievement.

First of all, thanks to the teacher’s help, I have made a great progress in reading, writing, and listening. I improved myself a lot because of my hardworking. However, there is so much for us to learn that we can never stop the work of study. Whenever I recall my experience of studying English, I feel that I still have too much to learn.

Secondly, I got to know some information about the English-speaking countries, such as the geography, the custom, the culture and so on. They are both interesting and useful. I wish I can continue to learn and to know more about them.

Thirdly, the most important thing I gained from the English classes is the new view. For instance, there are great differences between the English culture and the Chinese culture. Through the comparison of the differences, I got to know that the two countries’ national system are quite different, so we cannot simply say what is right or what is

wrong. Instead, we should treat an issue based on the country’s national situation.

Finally, after reading the works of many famous writers, I learned both some writing skills and some valuable thoughts. My own thought got changed, too. For example, nowadays, we people are too eager to success, so they pursuit the material life at any cost, and almost lose their principle in their hearts. As for as I am concerned, no matter how poor or how ordinary we are, what we need do and should do is try our best but do not lose our basic principle.

All in all, it is in the English classes that I learned a lot, not only about the English knowledge but also about how to be a man. Living in a society which is full of people who admire nothing but money and in which there is a trend of utilitarianism, we have more and more pressure to be ourselves. Hard as it is, there is still a way to do it, just listen to our heart, do what we should do and focus on what we are doing. We need not be anxious to success, just as Brian Tracy said, “Start by doing what’s necessary, then what’s possible and suddenly you are doing the impossible. ”
