良心教育演讲稿

捧着良心教书

尊敬的各位领导、老师大家好:

时间过得真快,转眼之间,我工作的第一学期已经结束了,此时此刻站在演讲台上,仿佛又看到了自己第一次走上讲台时的那种难以掩饰的青涩。说实话,上台演讲对我来说还是第一次,自己真的不具备这方面的能力。但既然学校把这个任务交给了我,我就会秉承自己一惯的做事原则,尽心尽力尽自己所能来完成这个任务。今天我演讲的题目是《捧着良心教书》。

一学期的时间,足以改变许多事情,但对教师工作的责任感,却由刚上讲台时的焦躁变成了今日的绵长不息,俞久弥新,犹如阳光投在地上的树影,早晨的时候团成一片,快中午时,便枝枝杈杈分得越来越清楚了。

今年我刚参加工作,一个有着20多年教龄的老教师对我说:“教师吃的是良心饭!”这句话当时我还不十分理解,现在回想起来,我深深感觉到,这句朴实的话语道出了教师精神的实质啊。教师这个工作确实是个良心活,出多少力全凭自己的良心。我敢肯定,在座的各位老师们,无论你已从教多少年,无论你对教师这份工作是否满意,你都一直拥有着这份教师的良心。良心是教师所有美德的源泉,是教师道德的底线。教师就是凭着对良心的坚守,才被世人赞颂为春蚕、为蜡烛、为人梯、为太阳底下最崇高的人。

教师的良心告诉我们,要面向全体学生,要关注每个学生的成长,对所有的孩子都要一视同仁,一个都不能放弃。一个学生对于一个学校来说也许是千分之一,对于一个班级也只是五十分之一,然而对于一个家庭来说就是百分之百的希望,我们要对学生的未来负责。我们不仅要传授知识,还要教会学生做人的道理,我们有责任和义务塑造学生美好的心灵,一个人的道德能弥补知识的缺陷,但人的知识永远无法弥补道德的失衡。培养一个有教养的人比培养一个有钱人更重要。不管自己带过的学生今后会有多少成龙成凤,但我不会让自己带过的学生将来成为罪犯,去危害社会,不会成为生活的弱者,成为社会的累赘。我们要教给学生自信,让学生学会独立思考,培养学生可持续发展的能力,力争使每一个有缘和自己相识的孩子都成为对社会有用的人,成为生活的强者。

教师的良心还告诉我们,爱是一切教育的基础,要教育好学生,就必须要爱学生,无条件的去爱,要像爱自己的孩子一样去爱学生。爱学生不是放在嘴上,喊在口号上,而是要落实在具体的教育教学过程中,为贫困的学生送一句安慰,为自卑的孩子送一份自信,为偏激的学生送一份冷静。教师的爱能点燃学生的梦

想,能照亮学生前进的路程。我们要把爱镶在举手投足间,嵌在一颦一笑中,要让学生时刻生活在爱的温暖中,在爱的阳光下健康成长。

教师的良心更告诉我们,有什么样的老师就有什么样的学生,学高为师,德正为范,为人之师,自当率先垂范,栽培桃李,更须辛勤耕耘。尤其是在21世纪的今天,我们更要爱岗敬业,关爱学生;刻苦钻研,严谨笃学;勇于创新,奋发进取;淡泊名利,志存高远。我们要潜心研究,用心去做,力争用高尚的人格感染学生,用精湛的教艺吸引学生,用广博的知识征服学生,用关爱的雨露滋润学生。我们要做学生的好老师,做学校的好教师,奉献教育,服务学生,在平凡的教师岗位上贡献出自己的光和热。

“一枝粉笔,积淀千秋智慧;三尺讲台,承载万世文明。”在这个社会大变革的时代,让我们继续坚守这神圣的三尺讲台,兢兢业业的做好本职工作,守住自己的良心,不求辉煌一生,但求踏实一世。当新的一天我们再次踏上三尺讲台时,让我们都摸着心口问一声:今天,我带良心来了吗?

Honorable(尊敬的) teachers, dear schoolmates, ladies and gentlemen:

It is my great honor(光荣) to be here to share my view(观点) with you.

The purpose(目的) of education is always a heated(热) topic in present society. Should education be equally devoted to enriching the personal lives of students and to training students to be productive workers? Personally(就我个人而言), I hold the view that training students to be productive workers should be secondary to enriching the personal lives of students. The following are my reasons.

On one hand, as we all know(众所周知), the establishment(建立) of personality is important to students, which is also a top aim(目标) of education. In order to discover students various personalities, their lives should be enriched and their horizon should be broadened. Only in this way, can students get the chance to discover what they really like and what they really good at. Therefore, schools might provide students with more choices on the arrangement of curriculum. Francis Bacon once said in his essay, Of Studies, that Histories make men wise; poets witty; the mathematics subtitle; natural philosophy deep; moral grave; logic and

rhetoric able to contend. Abeunt studia in mores. (读史使人明智,读诗使人灵秀,数学使人周密,科学使人深刻,伦理学使人庄重,逻辑修辞之学使人善辩:凡有所学,皆成性格。)

On the other hand, a productive worker can never be trained successfully only by school education, because nowadays, the requirement for a productive worker is changeable. For instance, the society used to require workers to be honest. But at present, it turns to be sophisticated. I think that how to be a productive worker can be learned after one is in working. May one feel it is too late. Here I am sure that it will never be too late for those who know clearly what they really like and what they really good at, just as I have mentioned above. As a consequence, during one’s education period, one should enrich his or her lives to get he or she be better prepared for the on coming challenges.

In conclusion, if one’s personal life is enriched; one will develop in an all-round way. By this, one can take challenges of all kinds. That is why I hold the opinion that training students to be productive workers should be secondary to enriching the personal lives of students.
