中国医学生誓言THE OATH OF A MEDICAL STUDENT

（国家教委高教司[1991]106号 附件四）

中国医学生誓言，通称医学生誓言，是中华人民共和国国家教育委员会（今中华人民共和国教育部）于19xx年宣布在全国医学院校实施的宣誓誓词。《医学生誓言》是目前所知的唯一由中国官方颁布实施的针对医学生的习医行为规范，是每一个中国的医学学生进入学校（大学、研究生、博士生）步入医师行列的宣誓。

健康所系，性命相托。

当我步入神圣医学学府的时刻，谨庄严宣誓：

我志愿献身医学，热爱祖国，忠于人民，恪守医德，尊师守纪，刻苦钻研，孜孜不倦，精益求精，全面发展。

我决心竭尽全力除人类之病痛，助健康之完美，维护医术的圣洁和荣誉，救死扶伤，不辞艰辛，执着追求，为祖国医药卫生事业的发展和人类身心健康奋斗终生。

Health related， life entrusted.

The moment I step into the hallowed medical institution，I pledge solemnly

I will volunteer myself to medicine with love for my motherland and loyalty to the people. I will scrupulously abide by the medical ethics, respect my teachers and discipline myself. I will strive diligently for the perfection of technology and for all-round development of myself. I am determined to strive diligently to eliminate man’s suffering, enhance man’s health conditions and uphold the chasteness and honor of medicine.

I will heal the wounded and rescue the dying, regardless of the hardships.

will always be in earnest pursuit of better achievement.

I will work all my life for the development of the nation’s medical enterprise as well as mankind’s physical and mental health.

西方医学之父

希波克拉底誓言节选(公元前5世纪)

希波克拉底（前460年——前370年）被西方尊为“医学之父”，西方医学奠基人。提出“体液学说”对西方医学的发展有巨大影响。《希波克拉底誓言》是希波克拉底警诫人类的古希腊职业道德的圣典，他向医学界发出的行业道德倡议书，是从医人员入学第一课要学的重要内容，也是全社会所有职业人员言行自律的要求。

医神阿波罗、埃斯克雷彼斯及天地诸神作证，我——希波克拉底发誓：

我愿以自身判断力所及，遵守这一誓约。凡教给我医术的人，我应像尊敬自己的父母一

样，尊敬他。

我愿在我的判断力所及的范围内，尽我的能力，遵守为病人谋利益的道德原则，并杜绝

一切堕落及害人的行为。我不得将有害的药品给予他人，也不指导他人服用有害药品，更不答应他人使用有害药物的请求。

无论到了什么地方，也无论需诊治的病人是男是女、是自由民是奴婢，对他们我一视同

仁，为他们谋幸福是我惟一的目的。我要检点自己的行为举止，不做各种害人的劣行。在治

病过程中，凡我所见所闻，不论与行医业务有否直接关系，凡我认为要保密的事项坚决不予泄漏。

“I swear by Apollo Physician and Asclepius and Hygieia and Panaceia and all the gods and goddesses, making them my witnesses, that I will fulfil according to my ability and judgment this oath and this covenant:

To hold him who has taught me this art as equal to my parents and to live my life in partnership with him.

I will apply dietetic measures for the benefit of the sick according to my ability and judgment; I will keep them from harm and injustice. I will neither give a deadly drug to anybody who asked for it, nor will I make a suggestion to this effect.

Whatever houses I may visit, I will come for the benefit of the sick, remaining free of all intentional injustice, of all mischief and in particular of sexual relations with both female and male persons, be they free or slaves. What I may see or hear in the course of the treatment or even outside of the treatment in regard to the life of men, which on no account one must spread abroad, I will keep to myself, holding such things shameful to be spoken about.

世界医协大会

日内瓦宣言（世界医协大会）19xx年

19xx年世界医学会在希波克拉底誓言的基础上制定了《世界医学会日内瓦宣言》，明确指出病人的健康是医务人员要首先关心、具有头等重要地位的问题，医务人员应无例外地保守病人的秘密，对同事如兄弟，坚持医业光荣而崇高的传统的职业道德准则。

准许我进入医业时：

我郑重地保证自己要奉献一切为人类服务。

我将要给我的师长应有的崇敬及感激；

我将要凭我的良心和尊严从事医业；

病人的健康应为我的首要的顾念：

我将要尊重所寄托给我的秘密；

我将要尽我的力量维护医业的荣誉和高尚的传统；

我的同业应视为我的手足；

我将不容许有任何宗教，国籍，种族，政见或地位的考虑

介于我的职责和病人间；

我将要尽可能地维护人的生命，自从受胎时起；

即使在威胁之下，我将不运用我的医学知识去违反人道。

我郑重地，自主地并且以我的人格宣誓以上的约定。

At the time of being admitted as a member of the medical profession

I solemnly pledge myself to consecrate my life to the service of humanity:

I will give to my teachers the respect and gratitude which is their due;

I will practice my profession with conscience and dignity;

The health and life of my patient will be my first consideration;

I will respect the secrets which are confided in me;

I will maintain by all means in my power, the honor and the noble traditions of the medical profession;

My colleagues will be my brothers:

I will not permit considerations of religion, nationality, race, party politics or social standing to intervene between my duty and my patient;

I will maintain the utmost respect for human life, from the time of its conception,

Even under threat, I will not use my medical knowledge contrary to the laws of humanity; I make these promises solemnly, freely and upon my honor...

南丁格尔誓言

弗洛伦斯·南丁格尔（1820年5月12日—19xx年8月13日），出生在意大利的一个优裕家庭，因在克里米亚进行护理而闻名。她是世界上第一个真正的女护士，开创了护理事业。“5.12”国际护士节设立在南丁格尔的生日这一天，就是为了纪念这位近代护理事业的创始人。

余谨以至诚 於上帝及会众面前宣誓： 终身纯洁，忠贞职守，

勿为有损之事， 勿取服或故用有害之药，尽力提高护理之标准，

慎守病人及家属之秘密， 竭诚协助医师之诊治， 务谋病者之福利。 谨誓！

I solemnly pledge myself before God and in the presence of this assembly, to pass my life in purity and to practice my profession faithfully. I will abstain from whatever is deleterious and mischievous, and will not take or knowingly administer any harmful drug. I will do all in my power to maintain and elevate the standard of my profession, and will hold in confidence all personal matters committed to my keeping and all family affairs coming to my knowledge in the practice of my calling. 第二篇：医学誓言

常见的现代版希波克拉底誓言

我宣誓要尽我最大的努力和我的最好判断力去实现我的誓言：

我将非常尊重和学习我们的医学前辈历尽千辛万苦所获得的科学成果及医学知识。 我也将十分乐意去传授这些知识给我的后来者及未来的医生。

为了病人本人的利益，我将采取一切必要的诊断和治疗的措施，同时，我一定要避免两种不正当的倾向：即过度治疗或无作用的治疗。

我将牢记尽管医学是一门(严谨的)科学，但是医生本人对病人的爱心， 同情心， 及理解有时比外科的手术刀和药物还重要。

我不知道的时候就要说“我不知道”， 我不应该为此感到羞愧。 如果其它的专业人士能帮上我的病人的忙，我会请求他们的帮助。

我将尊重病人的隐私。 我知道病人告诉我的有关他们疾病的情况别人不应该知道。 极为重要的是我的工作常常与病人生死有关。 如果经我治疗救了一条命， 我会感谢所有帮助过我的人。如果病人经我治疗无效而死， 这个非常重大的责任应当促使我虚心检讨我自己的不足。 同时， 我要记住，我是医生但不是上帝，(我不能因为一个病人的罪恶而耽误他的治疗。

我要让自己记住， 我不是在治疗一张病人发烧的记录纸也不是恶性肿瘤本身, 而是一个活生生的人。 他的病可能会影响到他的家人以及造成沉重的家庭经济负担。 我的责任是要考虑到所有的这些事。 这样做，才是真正替病人着想。

我将尽可能的参与预防疾病工作。 因为预防永远胜过治疗。

我将记住我永远是社会的一员。 我对社会也负有一定责任。 我知道组成这个社会的成员可以是心身健康的也可能是不健康的。

我会遵循我的誓言， 这样我会生活和行医愉快。 我活着的时候希望得到大家的尊重， 我离开人世以后希望大家记住我为他们做过的有益的事。对于来求助于我的病人，我一定要拿出我最精湛的医术， 当看到他们身体康复的时候我会倍感愉快。

医学日内瓦宣言

在我被吸收为医学事业中一员时，我严肃地保证我的一生奉献于为人类服务。 我对我的老师给予他们应该受到的尊敬和感恩。

我将用我的良心和尊严来行使我的职业。

我的病人的健康将是我首先考虑的。

我将尊重病人交给我的秘密。

我将极尽所能来保持医学职业的荣誉和可贵的传统。

我的同道均是我的兄弟。

我不允许宗教、国籍、派别或社会地位来干扰我的职责和我与病人间的关系， 我对人的生命，从其孕育开始，就保持最高的尊重，即使在威胁下，我决不将我的 医学知识用于违反人道主义规范的事情。
