Good morning ,My name is , coming from foreign languages college.The main reason of applying to be volunteer of the 22rd international conference of history science and technology is that I think this will be my unforgettable and great experience in my whole life. This is the first time to hold the conference in china, for every student in Shandong university this is very important and memorable. I think I must actively contribute to the conference . My heart tells me that I cannot lose this great opportunity. There are some of my advantages :1 My majoy have something to do with English and history ,so, I can be the good communicators.2.I am a volunteer with diverse experience who had taken part in Similar voluntary service,the most important thing is that I am delighted with servicing others .Furthermore, I can learn and get exercises in many spects, for example, my language skills, communication skills, association skills and ability to deal with matters of sudden urgency. Of cause I may have opportunity to meet the world's top scholars. All in all, this experience has great influence on my future life and I have a lot of confidence

There is a well knowing saying:If there are 70 years in our lives,one year is just 1/70,being a volunteer for one year,our lives will be much more colorful,I am glad to become a volunteer. I am just a ordinary people,but I do not just do ordinary things,taking part in volunteer is my best proof!

大家好，我叫，来自山东大学外国语学院国际政治与英语班，很高兴来参加这次历史大会的面试活动。

第22届国际历史科学大会将在山东济南举行，是大会首次在亚洲国家举行，作为一个中国人，作为一个山大人，我为此深感自傲与骄傲。我热切地想成为这次大会的志愿者。

1.首先，我的专业是国际政治与英语，有较好的口语水平，能够与外国友人良好沟通。我性格比较开朗但不失稳重，擅长写作朗诵主持礼仪模特，交际舞，拉丁摩登也是我的特长，我希望这些特长能派上用场。2.其次，我曾参加过数次类似的会议的志愿接待活动，比如山东省第四次大学生电影节现场接待，历山剧院美国四重奏音乐演唱会现场接待及翻译，等等，有良好的基本礼仪知识及丰富经验。3.再则，我有一颗乐于奉献的心，希望为山大为济南为中国的尽一份心，一点绵薄之力，向国际友人展示不一样的中国大学生风采。

2.我希望能成为这次大会的志愿者，一则锻炼自己各方面的能力，，二则想近距离接受世界历史文化的熏陶与洗礼，三则充实大学生活，提升个人的自我价值，为社会做贡献。

3.莎士比亚曾说过：人的青春是短暂的，但是，如果卑劣地度过这短暂的青春，就显得太多了。我希望老师和组委会能给我这个机会，谢谢。 。

Hello, nice to meet you.

My name is xxx. I come from Hebei province.I am a studengt of Nanjing Agricultural University ,major in ecology.My hobbies are varied from individual to group activities. Such as swimming,running,snooker and so on.

The main reason of applying to be Olympic volunteer of 2008 is that I think this will be my unforgettable and great experience in my whole life. This is the first time to hold the Youth Olympic Games in china, for every Chinese person, this Olympic game is very important and memorable. Besides, Olympic Games will be held in Nanjing. As a citizen of Nanjing, I feel very proud. Although I am only a graduate, I think that I must actively contribute to the Youth Olympic Games. Unnumbered people want to be Olympic volunteers, but they have no opportunities.

I am so lucky that I am a graduate, and I have opportunity to work for Olympic. My heart tells me that I cannot lose this great opportunity. I have geographical conditions that I live in Beijing and I study in Beijing. I have no reason to give up this opportunity to be Olympic volunteer. Furthermore, I can learn and get exercises in many respects, for example, my language skills, communication skills, association skills and ability to deal with matters of sudden urgency.

All in all, this experience has great influence on my future life and I have a lot of confidence.
