During the past four years，I have learned a lot of professional knowledge and practical skills， but gradually，with time going on ，the more I experienced，the clearer I realize it is not enough. 详细的看了一下这个自我介绍，总体可以，但是我建议给你：

（1） 所用自我介绍的单词有些难度，在书面上可以很容易的看懂，但是一旦说快了，可能老师们听不懂，并且你要想到 老师们是研究历史的 主业不是英语 英语的水平可能有限，我建议单词使用以简单为好，口语化较适合，而且正常的口语当中，多数是很简单的表达，你让老师听懂了，老师心情会很好，反之亦然。

（3） 一定要背熟 千万别让老师看出是死记硬背的为上 要是在面试时 听不懂老师所讲 可问pardon 实在听不懂 就跟老师说 sorry I haven’t enough ability to understand you very well . 这是没有关系的，不要不懂装懂，实事求是。无所谓的。

（4） 尽量简洁的表述，自然，忌紧张，都是自己老师，没事的。要笑！！！懂礼貌，敲门 进门 鞠躬 问老师们好 出门 跟老师再见 鞠躬 轻轻关门

① 首先做好本职工作，不让人际关系影响到 工作的进程。

② 反省自己，找出问题所在。③ 若自身方面问题，向其道歉，求得对方原谅；若是他的问题，则与之沟通，化解矛盾。④ 实在难以处理，汇报上级领导，让领导处理。

十九、个人优缺点？

我性格开朗，乐于帮助他人，待人真诚，有很强适应能力和团结精神。

我勤奋好学，学习效率很高，具备快速学习能力。

对待工作，我仔细认真，积极肯干。

缺点：比较年轻、阅历比较浅、工作经验不丰富。

但我相信，在经后的工作中，我会不断充实自己，理论联系实际，不断积累工作经验，全心全意为病人服务，做一名合格的医务工作者。
