三、认购房产确认条款：

4、乙方承诺：在本协议签订后，在上述约定的时间内与甲方签订《商品房预售合同》，缴纳相应房款，并承诺在与甲方签订《商品房预售合同》时，乙方将完全遵循本协议约定的条款。如乙方不能履行本协议书确定的义务，逾期不办理合同签定事项，视为乙方自行放弃该房屋的购买权，甲方有权终止本协议，并有权将该房屋另行出售；

5、乙方应如实填写通讯地址，确保甲方能够联系到本人，否则因通讯地址不实或联络不上等情况导致乙方损失的，由乙方自行承担；

6、本协议一式两份，甲乙双方各执一份。自甲乙双方签字盖章后生效。

2. Three-month Auto Revolving DLC means that it always covers amount of three (3) Monthly Lots and shall be automatically revolving to the next Monthly Lot when the preceding Monthly Lot delivery is completed, till the entire quantity of the contract has been delivered.

三个月自动循环即期信用证的意思系指信用证永远涵盖三个月的金额,当第一个月出货完毕后,会自动循环至第四个月的金额,直到合约数量全部出货完毕.

3. Payment will be realized based on the certificate of quality and quantity issued by an international independent inspector (SGS) at the loading port and other required documents.

付款系在装货港时,依据SGS开立之数量及品质证明及其它相关文件押汇.

Shipment: 　1. The first delivery will arrive at the Buyer’s designated port
