TRANSVAS with No. RUC No.09925178001 for which it acts on behalf and in representation ours, as desconsolidator and/or consolidator air and maritime cargo, in Republic of Ecuador.

Therefore,（xxxxxx LOGISTICS C., LTD）has granted xxxxxxxxxxS.A. the authorization to act as cargo representative and desconsolidator for a period of five ( 5) years, renewable automatically, to consider and respond through him intermediate we claims that duly substantiated are filed on the transport of goods related to our company .

We record that "xxxxxxxx LOGISTICS CO., LTD" is a company organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of "CHINA" and activity is the consolidation and deconsolidation of air cargo and maritime cargo.

Attached list of our offices / own branches in each Country, in order that they are duly registered within this document and xxxxxxxxxxxx S.A.TRSNDVAS can handle / receive our shipments.

 授权方，                                 公司，是列于本授权书附录中的手机游戏作品的合法著作权人或有合法的来源， 拥有通过互联网络传播作品的权利以及相应的转授权资格。

  兹确认， 授权方授权被授权方在中国移动通信网络中发行、传播、销售、

运营其作品，通过被授权方官方推广渠道提供作品给中国移动的终端用户；并允许被授权方在其官方网站（以及中国移动的渠道推广合作网站）上展示授权方的作品及/或作品信息作为非商业用途的版权公示。

游戏中是否具有模仿、取材或全部源自其他游戏、其他出版内容或出版方式的情形           □是          □否

授权期限：    年，自     年   月   日   至    年    月   日；如授权期满后双方无异议，则本授权自动延期­­   年，在此情况下，自动延期的授权时间、内容需与其他版权文件的时间、内容相吻合，否则，自动延期条款无效。

授权方保证:

 (1) 对提供的授权内容和相关资料具有真实合法的来源与权利，不侵犯任何其他权利人的合法权益(包括但不限于知识产权、人格权、名誉权、肖像权、隐私权等);

　　(2) 保证提供的授权内容合法健康，不违反任何应予适用的法律、法规、规范、政策, 不包含反动、色情、侮辱或诽谤等不良信息；

(3) 因提供的授权内容产生的版权或其他纠纷，使被授权方，被授权方的关联公司，及与被授权方合作的第三方陷入任何法律纠纷、行政处罚、诉讼或仲裁等，均由授权方负责解决和承担相关费用，同时对因上述原因造成被授权方的损失也应由授权方予以全额赔偿。

(4）如发生第（3）条所述纠纷，被授权方有权从授权方尚未分配的应得业务收入或其他由被授权方暂时持有的授权方金额中预先扣除。

（5）如游戏中出现模仿、取材或全部源自其他游戏、其他出版内容或出版方式的情形，但无法提供有效授权或授权链条提供不完整，（授权要求参见《版权文件要求》第三条）则被授权方有权终止该业务的上线和商用进程。
