商标转让协议书

商标权转让方：（甲方）

甲、乙双方经协商一致，对商标权的转让达成如下协议：

2.受让方在合同约定的时间内，未交付商标转让费用，转让方有权拒绝交付商标的所有权，并可以通知受让方解除合同。
