一、 主要概况

（一）活动背景：

竞争日益激烈的当今社会对人才的要求日益严苛，目前大学生面临的就业困难则更加严重。同时我院存在一些就业困难，严重的甚至由于学习成绩不好，而无法拿到毕业证等学生面临的困难则更加严峻。导致其心理压力与日倍增，到了自身心理难以承受的时候便采取逃避的方式，放弃学习，自暴自弃，从此恶性循环。因此，一些优秀前辈的宝贵经验一定可以对其有一定程度的帮助与引导。

（二）活动目的：

针对全院就业困难的和因为学习成绩、违反校规而拿不到毕业证、学位证的毕业生统一组织召开座谈会，帮助他们正视目前的困难、缓解焦虑情绪、鼓励他们在今后的工作生活中不要自暴自弃，做生活的强者。同时减轻他们的压力，培养学生积极向上、热爱生活、热爱学习来激励他们的上进信心，使他们看到光明前程，做到文明离校。

（三）活动对象：针对本院就业困难的和因为学习成绩、违反校规而拿不到毕业证、学位证的毕业生。

（四）活动时间与地点：

二、活动主要内容

（一）活动前期准备

（1）寻找4至6位曾经学习不好但经过后期努力成绩提高，最终找到合适工作的毕业生作为座谈会嘉宾，介绍自己的奋斗经验。

（2）以发传单、画板报、贴海报、口头宣传、网络宣传等多种形式对活动进行宣传，宣扬文明离校。吸引更多就业困难或因成绩不好而拿不到毕业证的同学前来观看，争取解决更多自暴自弃的学生。

（3）与此类学生进行一对一交流，跟此类毕业生的导员讨论，了解此类学生的生活状况、心理感受与思想，探讨更多解决方案，为座谈会的顺利召开做好准备。

（二）座谈会流程

（2）邀请4至6位毕业生嘉宾或导员老师轮流介绍成功经验

（3）现场学生针对实际问题与嘉宾或老师进行深入探讨。
