1、 被邀请人的具体资料（英文的：内容包括：姓名、护照号码、任职的公司及职务）；

2、 商务邀请的目的（参加交流会议、洽谈业务、签订合同等）；

3、 行程安排（比如什么时候的会议、何处召开、多长时间等）；

4、 写清楚被邀请人旅行费用有谁支付；

5、 保证访问者遵守当地法律，按时离开目的国；

6、 写清楚被邀请公司的英文名称, 地址, 电话，网站地址（如有），邮政编号；

Sample letter 1

Dear President Stephen Smith,

I am pleased to extend the official invitation to the group of ten members from University of Western Australia headed by Vice President Gary Johnson (name list attached below) to come to Kunming, China, for a ten-day academic visit from Oct. 1st, 2008 to Oct. 10th 2008.

The purpose of the visit is to conduct academic exchanges with

institutions of higher education in Kunming. During their visit, the group is to attend two seminars hosted by the Commission of Higher Education of Yunnan Province, visit some of the universities in Kunming, talk over exchange academic programs and have academic discussions with the faculty members.
