Sincere communication is the eternal law

Psychology research shows, ordinary people could mean lie three times in a ten minute conversation. Lying is the most sincere language, countless life experience also proved that old adage: paper cannot wrap up the fire. So sincere is the golden rule of effective communication.

The so-called sincerity is sincerity and honesty. Do these two points just one step can be achieved, is to be true. Honesty is the heart's desire, and honesty is a true mirror. So, be sincere to communicate with people, please give the people a sincere heart.

Sincerity, if directly into the language, is from the heart, the heart unity, only through the other sincere eyes can be perceived.

Finally, to be sincere, still have to put down the line of the heart, and good faith is to be natural, natural to use a heart and communicate with each other, not deliberately not paranoid, relative calm. Really should be the words: selfless world wide

真诚沟通是永恒的法则

心理学研究表明，普通人可能会在十分钟的对话中平均撒三次谎。撒谎是最不真诚的语言，无数的人生经历也验证了那句谚语：纸里包不住火。所以真诚是有效沟通的黄金法则。

所谓真诚就是诚意和诚实。做到这两点只需一步就能实现，就是要做到真心。诚实是心底的欲望，而诚实是一颗真心的镜子。所以，要与人真诚沟通，请先交给人一颗真诚的心。

诚意，如果直接转化为语言，就是相由心生，心口合一时，只需要通过对方真挚的眼神就可感知。

最后，要做到真诚，还得放下内心的那道防线，及真诚就是要做到自然，自然的用一颗真心和对方沟通，不刻意不偏执，坦然相对。还真应了这句话：心底无私天地宽

10.《Step Up》（舞出我人生），有3部。

11.《High School Musical》（歌舞青春），已有四部了，我觉得看一部就行了，内容差不多……

12.《Legally Blonde》（律政俏佳人），蛮好看的，有三部。

13.《The Devil Wears Prada》（穿PRADA的恶魔），必看。

14.《Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen 》（高校天后）

15.《The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants》（牛仔裤的夏天）

16.《Sydney White》（大学新生），蛮好看的。
