科技部印发《中国云科技发展“十二五”专项规划》。《规划》明确了“十二五”时期,我国云计算产业发展的重点任务。
(一)研究和建立云计算技术体系和标准体系
研究我国云计算发展的总体战略和整体部署,研究云计算服务的新方法、新技术及应用的新模式,提出我国云计算技术体系与产业发展的总体方案。
研究和建立云计算技术标准体系,研究云计算系统核心软件、硬件设备、应用服务示范平台及云计算数据中心的评测方法,制定云服务评测指标体系规范,研制配套的评测工具,建立测试环境和平台,并开展评测服务。
制定适应不同行业需要的云计算安全要求和评测方法标准,保障云服务的网络和信息安全。
(二)突破云计算共性关键技术
突破支持万级并发任务的云服务器节点技术,支持十万量级节点有效交互的数据中心互联网络结构与通信栈技术,支持身份认证、加密与隔离的硬件安全技术,大规模分布式数据共享与管理技术,资源调度及弹性计算技术,服务器虚拟化等云计算关键技术。突破云计算应用服务开发和运行环境、用户信息管理、运行管控、安全管理与防护、应用服务交互、云计算智库等共性支撑技术。开展云计算安全体系架构研究,构建自主可控的云计算安全体系架构。掌握云计算环境
下用户身份管理技术以及云计算应用服务的安全防护和风险评估技术。研究云计算网络技术,突破云计算数据中心虚拟化、大带宽环境下的存储与数据网络融合、虚拟机接入、多用户数据隔离、跨集群通信与数据迁移等关键技术。研究云计算数据中心(包括新型制冷系统、供配电系统、模块化数据中心)绿色节能关键技术。
(三)研制云计算成套系统
突破大规模资源管理与调度、大规模数据管理与处理、运行监控与安全保障等重大关键技术,研制按需简约的云操作系统、EB级云存储系统、支持亿级并发的云服务器系统、云计算中心网络大容量交换机,研发相应安全防护产品与软件,形成云计算技术产品体系,构建云计算公共服务与管理平台。
1。云操作系统及云公共服务与管理平台软件研制
重点集成和突破网络化操作系统体系结构、大规模资源管理与调度技术、大规模数据管理与处理技术、运行监控与安全保障技术、云服务交互技术等系列关键技术,研发按需简约的云操作系统及云公共服务与管理平台核心软件,研发相应安全防护产品与软件,构建云计算公共服务与管理系统,开展示范应用。
2。亿级并发云服务器系统研制
突破弹性扩展和资源按需调整的云服务器体系结构、万级节点互联、系统动态调整、大规模系统故障自诊断和恢复、大规模高密度系统功耗管理技术等关键技术,面向云计算典型应用需求,研制性能功耗比和整体服务能力较现有水平提升5-10倍的低成本、低功耗、高
效能的亿级并发云服务器系统,在云计算系统中开展示范应用。
3.EB级云存储系统研制
突破存储系统体系结构及元数据管理、超大规模存储系统自管理与功耗控制、资源动态配置与可控共享技术、广域数据高效迁移和共享方法、数据负载平衡和迁移、新型用户存储接口等关键技术,研制EB级云存储系统,支持多种数据访问方式、数据安全和保护方法,支持在线扩展、节点负载自动均衡,在云计算系统中开展示范应用。
4.云计算中心网络大容量交换机研制
研究面向云计算中心网络的交换机关键技术,支持新型网络功能;实现虚拟化网络管理、隔离和带宽保障技术;支持大容量交换能力,数百10G端口和多个100G单端口。大幅度降低能耗,在云计算数据中心开展示范应用。
(四)开展典型应用示范,推动产业发展
通过在政府公共服务领域率先使用自主云计算服务和产品等方式引导云计算发展,研究建立面向区域性的云计算公共服务示范系统,提供支撑文化教育、医疗卫生、电子政务、社会公共服务、城市管理、科研等领域的云计算服务,降低服务信息化成本,提升服务水平,为全社会提供应用示范经验。
根据国家重点行业发展需求,适时部署若干以数据即时感知、智能处理、按需服务为典型特征的重点行业云计算应用示范,通过信息获取、信息共享和信息综合利用,提升重点行业的信息化水平。
在制造业、农业、服务业等领域推广云计算应用及服务模式,鼓
励传统产业使用云计算提升信息化水平,促进传统产业转型升级。
