开展情况汇报

xx县村级公益事业建设一事一议工作在县委、县政府的正确领导和省、市农监办、综改办的精心指导下，经过全县上下的共同努力，取得了阶段性成果，现将我县工作开展情况汇报如下： xx县共有21个乡镇351个行政村， 20xx年全县申报批复了183个行政村的 217个项目,其中： 先建后补项目51个，涉及13个乡镇 50个村委；先补后建项目166个，涉及20个乡镇133个村委；拟申请财政奖补10万元以上的项目28个，涉及10个乡镇28个村委。全县申报项目总投资金额3945.45万元，筹资金额629.96万元，酬劳95.15万个工日，折资1903万元，社会捐赠144.03万元，拟申请财政奖补1267.14万元。

20xx年县农监办、县综改办认真负责指导我县区内筹资筹劳监督管理工作以及项目实施的要求，严把超标准筹资以及强行以资代劳关，目前我县一事一议项目建设已完工189个，26个在建项目，黄山口乡和下碑寺乡2个项目不再实施，已完工的189个一事一议项目经乡镇验收领导小组验收合格后报县验收领导小组复验，项目实施与申报情况相符或基本相符的项目144个，其余完工的45个项目暂不通过验收或由乡镇政府和村委监督小组进行监督整改。
