本人20##年毕业于聊城大学英语语言文学专业， 20##年1月聘为讲师。一直工作于教学第一线，爱岗敬业，遵守每一项规章制度，积极参加学院的各项工作，现将任现职以来的工作总结如下：

一，思想政治方面

积极参加思想政治学习，拥护国家一切方针政策，拥护党的领导，践行社会主义核心价值观，积极向党组织靠拢， 20##年6月光荣成为中国共产党员。

二，教学工作方面

1.       注意积累和吸收教育思想和教学理论，掌握了系统扎实的专业理论知识；

2.       积极承担教学任务，任现职以来，平均年度教学工作量570标准课时,教学效果好,

受到学生好评和同行认可;

3.       除了完成正常教学任务以外,还积极开设《英汉翻译赏析》《职场英语》等选修课;

4.       提高现代教育技术应用水平，进行课件开发,获得第三届高职高专英语课堂教学课

件比赛公共组一等奖和二等奖，位次分别为2/4，4/4；

5.       注重教学基本功，20##年参加《首届全省高等学校教师微课教学比赛》获得三等奖；

6.       进修培训方面:在教学中精益求精,主动发现问题并完善自我,20##年，20##年，2013

年和20##年四次参加山东省教育厅高校教师师资培训中心和教育部高等教育司举行的培训，内容分别为《高校教师现代教育技术培训》《大学英语教改培训》《英汉口译》和《大学英语》。

四，班主任工作方面

20##年学校成为6个“两结合,三育人”工作试点单位之一,我积极报名承担班主任工作,担任造价1213，造价1309两个班的班主任，定期召开主题班会，经常与辅导员交流班级情况，根据学生的具体情况，有针对性的与他们交流沟通。取得成绩如下：

1.       20##-2014第二学期优秀班主任；

2.       《感恩父母，拥抱亲情》优秀主题班会；

3.       主持的课题《“两结合,三育人” 班主任实践工作研究》获学院立项。

----音乐起， 旁白：A long time ago, there was a queen. She had a pretty daughter named Snow White. Soon after the child was born, the queen died. The king married another queen. The step mother didn’t like her very much. She made Snow White do the housework all day and all night.

----白雪出场( 扫地,做清洁.)

白雪：My name is Snow White , I am a beautiful princess, I miss my mother so much, Where is my mother? Where is my mother?

----音乐起，皇后出场

皇后：I’m the new queen. I’m very beautiful. you see. If anyone is more beautiful than me, I’ll kill her. I have a magic mirror. If I want to know something, It will tell me. Now, mirror, mirror, come here!

魔镜：Yes, I’m coming. What do you want to know?

皇后：Mirror, mirror, on the wall. Who is the most beautiful?

魔镜：You are beautiful, I think. But there is a young lady. She is as white as snow, as red as rose. She is much more beautiful than you.

皇后：She is much more beautiful than me? Who is she? Tell me quickly.

魔镜：Yes. She is Snow White.

皇后：Snow White? No, I’m the most beautiful in the world. Oh, hunter, come here, come here!

猎人：Yes. I’m here now.

皇后：Hunter! Take Snow White far away to pick some flowers. Find a place and kill her.

猎人：But she is the princess. …

皇后：No, Kill her. Bring her heart to me. I don’t want to see her again.

猎人：Yes!

皇后：Here is a box. You must put her heart in it and bring it to me.

猎人：Yes!

----音乐起

白雪：( 高兴地摘花 ) One flower, two flowers, three flowers…. How many flowers! How beautiful!

猎人：( 慢慢地拔出刀,但犹豫着说 ) Oh! My God! She is so lovely and pretty! I can’t! I can’t kill her!

白雪：( 看到后大声哭叫)What are you doing? What’s the matter? Why do you kill me?

猎人： I’m very sorry. Someone wants me to kill you.

白雪：But who?

猎人：The queen.

白雪： But why?

猎人：You are more beautiful than her. So she wants to kill you.

白雪：My dear hunter. Don’t kill me. I will run far away and never come back again.

猎人：Ok. Run away, the poor child.

白雪：Thank you, my dear hunter.

旁白：At this time, a young bear was running by. The hunter shot it and took the heart to the queen. Snow White began to run into the wild forest until it was almost evening. She saw a little house.

白雪：Oh, my God! The queen can’t find me now, I think. How I am tired! How I want to have a rest! Ah, here is a house, there are seven small beds. They must be the beds of seven children. Oh, how I want to sleep!

旁白：When it was dark, the owners of the house came back. They were seven dwarfs. They were looking for gold in the mountain.

老学究：What a lovely child!

开心果：How beautiful!

喷嚏精：Who is she?

瞌睡虫：Don’t wake her up.

害羞鬼：Why is she coming here?

老顽固：Kill her.

白雪：  ( 醒来 ) What a nice sleep! Oh, who are you? Oh, I know. You are senven dwarfs.

七矮人：(齐说) Yes,But why are you in our house?

白雪：The queen wants to kill me. So I ran to your house. Don’t drive me away. Let me stay with you.

老学究：If you look after our house.

开心果：If you do some cooking for us.

喷嚏精：If you make the beds for us.

瞌睡虫：If you do some washing, you can stay with us.

害羞鬼：But you must be careful.

老顽固：Don’t go out. Don’t let anyone come in. Your stepmother will find you and kill you.

白雪：I know. I know. Thank you.

旁白：From then on, Snow White kept the house.

On the other hand, when the bad queen ate the heart, she took out the mirror and asked.

皇后：Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the most beautiful?

魔镜： You are beautiful. But Snow White is still alive and well. She lives with the seven dwarfs. No one is more beautiful than she.

皇后：What? Snow White is not dead?……Haha,I got a good idea.

旁白：The queen made a poisonous apple and dressed herself like an old woman. She came to the house .

皇后：Good things to sell. Pretty apples to sell. Cheap. Very cheap.

白雪：Hi, good day, my good grandmother.

皇后：Apples. Very delicious apples! Could you have a taste. This one, please!

白雪：OK! Thank you! ( 咬了一小口,死了 )

皇后：Hahaha….Now I’m the most beautiful in the world.

旁白：When the seven dwarfs came from work. They were greatly surprised to see Snow White dead

七矮人：What’s the matter?

老学究：Snow White is dead.

七矮人：Oh, my God! Who did it? It must be the bad queen. (哭着拣一些花放在白雪身上)

旁白：Although Snow White had been dead a long, long time. She looked as if she was living. She looked as white as snow, as red as rose. One day, it happened a prince came to the seven dwarfs’ house. When he saw Snow White, he fell in love with her.

王子：Please, let me have Snow White. I love her. I want her to be my wife.

七矮人：Ok! Carry Snow White with you to your palace. Be kind to her, please.

王子：Yes, I will. I will love her forever!( 吻白雪手)

旁白：As soon as the prince kissed Snow White, Snow White came to her life

白雪：Oh, my god! Where am I? What happened?

王子：You are with me, my dear. I love you. I love you more than everything in the world. Please be my queen, will you?

白雪：Yes, I will, my dear!

七矮人：Oh! Congratulations! Congratulations!

----音乐起,旁白：The prince took Snow White to the palace. Their wedding was held with great show

白雪：Good Bye!

七矮人：Bye-bye! May you Happy Forever!

白雪、王子：Thank you. Good Bye. See you later.

doctor 这里的翻译是”万事通”。Doc是7个小矮人当中的领袖人物，尽管如此，他也是个迷糊的家伙；

Bashful 害羞鬼，特别特别爱脸红，跟大姑娘似的；

Sleepy 瞌睡虫，就是那种永远也睡不醒的家伙；

Sneezy 喷嚏精，据说一个喷嚏就能引起大灾难！

Happy 开心果，爱笑，乐观！

Dopey 迷糊鬼，不会说话但好可爱的一个，据说不会说话是因为找不到合适的配音演员；

Grumpy 中文名叫做爱生气，其实是七个小矮人中最勇敢的一个呢。

Once there was true love for me,but I did not treasure it.Now it’s too late to regreat.Nothing in the world can be worse painful than that.If only time could go back,if only God could give me one move chance,I would say to the girl:”I love you.”If you dare ask me how long my love will last,my answer will be at least10,000 years.

Act 1

音乐《玩美》

白骨精照着镜子上台，手捧一盒化妆品

J1:Another pimple!

All these lotion and cream and gel are of no use.What can I do?（困扰状）

（电话声）

这时电话铃声不知趣地响了起来，白骨精不耐烦地从手下手中接过听筒，于是一个更另她心烦地声音就在电话那边响起

Y:Hello!It is me!

J1:I know it is you.You have been calling me every day since 400 years ago.

Y:All today,I’ll ask the question again.This is the 99th time I ask you to marry me.

J1:To hell with you!I’m busy with my face now.I have got one more pimple.How terrible!I’ll see anyone unless I can cure it.

（Oh,beautiful is also a crime!）白骨精自言自语

Y：Ah!That’s easy. I just call to tell you that I have read a book,and it said,the meat of Tang Seng can make your skin feel as smooth as silk,and wake you more beautiful,than any other witch in the world.What’s more,I’ll just get the news that Tang Seng will soon come into our territory,we can go and catch him together.Is this idea wonderful?

J1:All right.I’m going to hang off.

（不等Y说完，J就急忙挂断电话）

Act 2

（她想了想，对手下说）J1:How wasty he is?But Tang Seng is really tempting.I’ll keep

tabs on his track.（手合拢，然后拿起望远镜，观察起J的行踪来）

（欣喜万分）Ah ha!There he is!（凑上前去，舔舌头，要手指）

J1:（向手下招手）Bring me my Magic Ear.（耳朵凑上去偷听。唐僧师徒四人谈话）

Act 3

音乐《西游记》

T:Monkey!I have told you a million and once times,that our journey to the Western Paradise is tough and challenging.If it’s not,how can people know that we are great and unique,how ………（唐僧发表他的演说，最后语速放慢）

S:How Can we be heros remembered by others,how can we make millions of girls faint for us,is that right?（无奈状，双手摊开）

T:Don’t intemper me!（气愤状）

P:Sir!I’m so hungry.（羞怯，吃手指，摸肚子）

T:I know that.I’m hungry too.So monkey, would you please go and buy some food?Remember that me have very little money,only 2 yuan for a week.So you should not go to those expensive restaurants,such as Anyuan Dining Hall,just go there.

S:Even if the Anyuan Dining Hall is too far away,don’t buy the take out.It’s not clean.I advise you yo go to some old lady’s house and ask for some buns.Mind you again.Don’t stop me!（开始抓狂） 孙悟空点头答应，舞台另一边听了不禁眉开眼笑。

J：It’s a good chance.（自言自语状）

Act 4 音乐《爱情三十六计》

J1：转身变成个老太婆，挎着篮子慢慢走到了T师徒的面前

P：Ah, here comes an old lady. Hello, granny! What is your basket? Smells nice?

J2：Some pancakes for my son. He is working in the filed. (喘气，很累状)

P：I am hungry. Can I have some? Only a little bit. (不好意思状)

等P2回答，心急的P伸手去拿篮子里的东西，J假装惊慌地护住了篮子。

T：Piggy! I have told you a million and once times, remember to be polite to old ladies. (上前制止)

J2：You are very kind. It looks as if you are starving and need some food. I can give you some for free.

T:(双手合十)阿弥陀佛，善哉善哉。

J2假装伸手拿食物给T，企图抓住T，不想袖中露出一只白皙的少女的手，立刻被M瞧出了破绽。

M：（一把抓住了J的手腕）It is not a hand of an ugly old lady. Who are you? An ugly old lady ? (激动状)

J2虽然是妖怪，但四百年来，还是头一遭被人这么窝囊地抓住了手腕，简直是又羞又怒。 M：Monster!

T听到monster一词立刻吓得躲到徒弟身后。

Act 5

J2变成J1（轻身化为原形，奸笑状）

P：Beautiful lady

T听到是个美人，忙抬头偷看。

M：No matter how powerful you are, I will kill anyone who tries to harm my master.

J1：No matter how powerful you are, I will kill anyone who prevents me form beautifying myself. 音乐《打斗》

M：Monster! Take my stick!

M举起金箍棒就要向J的头顶击下。就在这千钧一发的之际，P忽然扑上去讲M拦腰抱住。 P：Beauty,run! Run away!

T逃过了一劫，对各位徒弟尤其是M的拼死保护感动之至，情不自禁的唱起了Only you，其结果，三个徒弟头痛欲裂，大吐特吐。

终于，T唱完了……

T：（清清嗓子）Monkey,go and buy the lunch.I’m staring to death.

M:I’ll draw a circle here.（边走边画）Just stay in the circleand you’ll be safe. Don’t trust anyone.Goodbye Sir.

M离开后，T等就在圈内打起瞌睡来，P更是鼾声震天，S四处观望。

J1见M走了，便又来打T的主意。她走了两步，踩到了M画的圈。

J1：Ouch!

J1知道M的厉害，不敢轻举妄动，但T近在眼前，她实在不甘心放弃。她想了想，忽然计上心头，变出一盒KFC。

J1：Come,come and eat this. Come and eat this.（招收引诱T）

T等仿佛着了魔似的，梦游般循着KFC的想起向圈子外走。J终于如愿地把他们印出来了。（天鹅湖舞步跳出去）

就在J1的手向T伸去的时候，M赶回来了，再次将J当场抓获。

M：You again.

J1:You touch my hard again! How nasty you are!

M:Now you can’t run away!

T：刚刚清醒，想到自己又一次有惊无险，不禁又唱起了Only you。M不堪忍受此歌声，抓着J1的手也放松了。J1趁机溜走了。

T：唱罢，众人终于松了口气。

P：忽然发现M正望着J1远去的方向发愣，伸手在M的眼前晃了晃，M竟然没有反应。 P：（调侃地）Ah,that beautiful witch has taken your heart away.

M:回过神来，发现了自己的失态，给了P一拳。

T：Mokey, I know that which is nice,but you can’t fall in love with her. Because you are Monkey and she is a witch. Monkey shoud marry a monkey and witch shoud marry a wizards. Even if a monkey can marry a witch, I bet there are hundreds of wizards fighting to marry her. How can you defeat them?

S and T:What is more,chasing girls needs time,energy and money. Noe,you have to go to the Western Paradise with me,you don’t have enough time. To make things worse,we have only 2 yuan per week to live on,you don’t have enough money.（后半部分S学T讲，但不出声） M：Surely I won’t. How can I fall in love with a witch who wants to eat my master ?

T:That’s fine. I can rest assured. I’m hungry,where is my lunch ?

M:Here,Please sit in the shade of the trees over there.I’ll go and fetch some water.

M把T扶到一边，自去取水。

ACT 6

途中M和J1相撞。

M：Oh,you go !（悲痛状）

音乐：《交响乐》

J1：Just now I found actually like you （凑上前去）

M: No,I can’t,I am a monkey nd I am a work.

I had fogotten what is love……

J1：悲痛状离开……M舍不得但不能挽留。
