在笔者日常的授课过程里，我时常被烤鸭们追问要口语的一些相关范文，但是，每次背诵这些范文的同学，成绩总是不尽人意。这里，小编强烈建议广大考生，如果是在网上找的范文，需要在范文原有的基础上进行二次加工，加入属于你的素材，进行记忆。如果考生喜欢将自己的答案成文写下，建议大家将写好的文章中间的关键词提炼出来，写成思路导图，备考过程中将其当作考试时1分钟的准备素材来看，边看边想边描述，开始会不顺，但是练习几次之后，这样输出的内容，交流的感情会比硬背的强大很多。
口语需要思考和组织，但全然不同于写作文。在教学过程中，我发现很多烤鸭们把口试的“答案”像写作文一样一一写下来。不管怎么样，用写文章的路子，或通过背诵别人写的“标准答案”去准备口试，说话一定带了写作味儿，就像许多电视主持人的文艺腔(常被讥为“不说人类的语言”)一样，听着会有些滑稽。不怕犯错误，只要你犯得自然。错误的语言不一定意味着是boringmeaningless English, 语言的错误也不一定妨碍理解与交流。至于有些口语书籍专辟一章，罗列名人名言供考生在考试中背诵，考试能否“出彩”、“锦上添花”，恐怕只能是一相情愿吧。
