1、官方范文的重要性不言而喻，大家对官方范文的态度也有褒有贬，有人说这些6分的官方文章都是大牛写出来的，我们学不来，于是有的同学的重心就转向了北美范文。但有一点是不可否认的——官方范文是真的6分，可是ets从来没承认过任何一个北美范文是六分的，尽管也确实都是很好的文章。;
2、关于argument的重要性
很多人认为argument相对于issue来说容易些，也更好操作些，更容易拿高分。我个人认为这是个误区。我们最后拿到的成绩是个平均分，没有人知道具体每篇是多少。尽管有的同学会猜测自己得分是多少多少，但是猜测毕竟是猜测。因为游戏是ets定的，他的标准和我们心中接受的标准肯定是不一样的，打个比方，看看后面第三篇满分范文，让一般人看，估计没有几个人会毫不犹豫地给满分，甚至高分，但在ets眼中它就是满分;另外，实际上新东方的模版写出来的argu文章和官方范文给出的满分文章是有很大差别的，主要体现在是一个是零散凑成的(所谓的让步式攻击有时只是形式上的)而另一个是有核心思想的，我会在后面的分析中具体说明。既然这样，那完全有可能最终4分是来源于3分的argue加5分的issue，而不是反之。所以说，我们有可能高估了我们写argument的能力。

在为期六天的ERP培训结束了，尽管时间不长，但在这个过程中使我对于企业运作，企业管理和经营方面有了一定的认识，对于CEO这个职位有了更深的了解更多地对企业经营管理的感性知识层面有了深切的体会。
在沙盘模拟训练中，我认为多犯错误收获更大。不管你犯了多少低级可笑的错误，暴露了多少自身存在的缺点，有多少决策和执行的失误，都不会给企业造成任何实际的经济损失。但是模拟经营中那些痛苦的教训和失败的经历却能令我们在特定的竞争环境下，与实战相比更深切并且具体的体会。这在我们以后生活中会有更好的体会，错误能够让我们成长，能够让我们在以后的路上少走一些弯路。 每一次我们出现争执的时候，我都非常开心，这都代表着我的团队的每一个人都会非常有想法，他们能够讲出自己理由，在他讲的过程中我们也都认真去听，把他没考虑的问题薯片给他听，然后有些也是我所没想到的地方，这就像是一个互补的过程，在这个团队中谁都有发言权，不管他对或错，因为他是对这个团队有益的。每一次在做决策的时候，我们都很认真，分析每种结果，在最开始的时候，由于对ERP还有些生疏，随着后面的慢慢的进行，我们的凝聚力也在增加，对局面的控制也越来越好，团队在此显的尤为重要，通过学习我看到战略思维是从始至终都应该在组织成员的意识和行动上有所把握，即从整体上来思考问题，远比各管一摊有效率得多。

这次准备时间极其仓促，所以对于备考的流程就不赘余了，如果有人一点没看，但迫不得已必须在10~15天内走上战场的可以交流一下。
但可以的话还是建议多花一些时间吧，毕竟记得看一个帖子时，楼主问15天可不可以搞定作文，有人跟帖说：你当全球最难得的英语考试就是这么混过去的……我当时只有12天但却各种茫然不知所措中。当时的无奈感啊，真是这辈子都不想感受了。
跑题了，细说一下考试的流程吧。
简单来说就是：
1．准备好你的2类证件、考试的房间号（8528，8529，8530）、带一支笔
2．提前到场，填写保证书、确认单，听考试要求，存放东西
3．排队，确认个人信息，签字、开考
4．考试部分：学习软件、问卷调查、笔考地点、Issue、Argument、4所送分学校
5．签字，拿东西，交钥匙，取证件，走人
具体部分，有一些繁琐：
我的考试时间是10:30a.m.星期五，鼎钧大厦。唯一好的就是以考完就可以彻底放松周末的信念拼过那些枯燥的日子。
有人建议需要提前很久到场，比如8点左右就到。
我觉得是没有太大必要的。因为之前会有其他场，你太早到会和上一场的人在一起，虽然早一步了解了流程，但不保证心情不受影响。我怕出问题，所以9:30a.m.到的那里。骑自行车去的。
