规定每隔一周开展一次活动，并且，召开负责人会议，讨论总结近期活动的得与失。

规定每隔两周，让社员们观看一次国际奥斯卡金奖影片，以增加学员们的知识，让社员们模仿外国人的英语发音，并了解外国人的风土人情。 积极与其他社团交流思想，为发展英语俱乐部而努力。

最后，英语协会会长郭献超对本次会议做了总结，并鼓励社员们齐心协力，共同把英语协会越办越好。

岁月如梭,一学期的教育教学工作已经结束, 本期担任初二1班和2班的英语教学任务，留给我的将是新的思考和更大的努力。在这一学期的教学工作中,我注重自己思想水平的提高,努力把自己塑造好,提高自己的理性认知能力。我在教育教学的各个方面取得了一定的成绩,但也有许多不足之处,现对一学期以来在教育教学工作中的各个方面作一个全面的总结。
