I take up new work as a sales, which is both familiar and strange to me. Much difference from translation, this position is not only interesting but also full of challenges. 我叫李朋，之所以加入中英文协会是因为我喜欢语言，想提高自己的口语能力锻炼自己的交际能力和普通话。于是我就报了中英文协会的干事。很荣幸的是，我通过了面试，成了中英文协会的一员。在学长的带领下，我逐渐深入地了解中英文协会。这是一个学习的好地方，协会可以帮助交际能力差的同学变得善于沟通，帮助普通话不好的同学锻炼普通话，还给英语好的同学提供一个交流的场所。期间，协会进行了英语朗诵活动、学院的朗读技能大赛，第九届朗读比赛和协助学院主办12.9爱国朗读比赛，这些活动增长了我们的见识，开阔了我们的视野，增进了我们的感情。同时在每星期二星期四的上课时间。在协会里，那浓浓的爱的氛围时刻围绕着我，温暖着我。我认为，参加了这个协会是值得的，我一点也不后悔

一、管理实践
20xx年11月4日，对于我可以说是一个可以铭记一生的日子，就在这一天，我肩负着公司领导和全体员工的厚爱和期望，被公司正式任命为公司副总经理，分管行政、技术部门及项目执行，这既是公司上下同仁对我的错爱，也是公司对我在**三年来工作的高度肯定。想到这里，受宠若惊的同时，更是感慨万千、如履薄冰。短短三年，我从普通岗位迅速成长为公司管理高层，这就导致了我理论知识缺乏，实践经验不足的种种难题。如何快速提高自己的管理知识、更新自己的知识结构，并深入到实际工作的每个环节将尤为重要。在初任公司副总这段时间，我通过虚心向公司领导及同仁学习，取长补短，不断提高自身自身素质修养及业务技能。在公司领导和同仁的关怀与支持下，明确了自己的管理职能，迅速提高了自己的管理才能，也钻研了一套属于自己的管理方法。并以雷厉风行、以身作则的管理作风得到了公司领导和同事的一致认同。
