非常感谢各位家长能够在百忙之中参加这次家长会，以及对我的英语教学和孩子的英语学习的配合！在这一年多的相处时间里，我们也已经比较熟悉，你们每一次家庭作业的上的签字，就是对我最大的配合，因为孩子的成长需要我们共同的努力。

首先英语学习和语数学科不一样，每周的课要比语数少，所以学生练习的机会也比较少，而且英语哪天不读，就会很容易忘记，时间越长忘得越多，孩子积累下的问题也就越多。语数遗留下来的问题，回家还能通过多读多练多思考询问父母进行解决，从而得到补救，但是英语课上如果学习效果打了折扣，回家想再补起来只会是困难重重，甚至有的孩子像读天书。其实要学好英语，课上占百分之四十，其余百分之六十还需要学生在课后不断的巩固加深记忆。

四年级年级的英语大致讲的是一些学校生活以及家庭生活类单词和句子。描述自己的教室或者书包里的物品，以及在家里就用餐的聊天信息。一家家里各种用具的英文叫法。在学习这些的同时，我还会给学生穿插一些外国风俗文化，增加他们对西方文化的了解和学习兴趣，而且一个小小的语法都是用英语顺口溜让孩子方便记忆，然而四年级的学生年龄在十岁左右，是思维最活跃的阶段，也是注意力不集中的阶段，自学能力很差，所以请家长一定配合老师，在家督促他们学习，还有个别学生偶尔会钻空子，知道老师不可能每时每刻都关注他，不能按时完成作业，更别说按要求背单词，上课集中注意力听了。所以我们要从孩子的兴趣点出发，激发学生的学习兴趣。其实学习英语步骤很简单：上课认真听，下课多练习，回家及时巩固，每学会一句英语都要使孩子有一种成就感，这样增加他们自信心，我们多鼓励，多精神奖励，好生带动差生，这样好

小学四年级英语教师家长会发言稿

尊敬的各位家长：

你们好！首先感谢各位家长，今天你们能够在百忙之中,抽出宝贵的时间来参加家长会，我表示衷心的感谢！今天我就本学期的英语教学与诸位共同探讨，研究对策，帮助孩子学好英语，用好英语。

一、先说一下我的教学理念：

我现在任教四、五、六三个班的英语课，三个班的学生加起来150多人，工作量非常大。但是我对每一个学生都做到认真负责。对四年级的学生是采取这样的教学。我们四年级所学的不像三年级所学知道单词和简单的句子就行了。四年级的内容比以前更复杂。

我所教内容要求学生背过，四年级的学生真的很棒，我感到非常高兴。98%的同学都能背熟。那么背不过的同学呢？我采取先是同桌帮助，再是小组长帮助，如果三节英语课后有的同学还没背过，就让本排的全体同学监督直到背过。各位家长可以检查自己的孩子学的如何。背过以后再让孩子理解课文内容。

二 怎样帮助孩子学好英语呢？

1、鼓励孩子每天晚上读10分钟的英语。（主要是A B要求学生背熟家长可以看一下孩子的书）

2、鼓励孩子多写单词主要是课本后面6单元的五星单词。

三．和家长说一下孩子的学习情况：
