A comment on the Hunger Games

The Hunger Games, is written by Suzanne Collins. The central ruling city, named the capitol, holds the hunger games. Every year，the evil Capitol of the nation of Panem forces each of its twelve districts to send a teenage boy and girl to compete in the Hunger Games. The Hunger Games are just a nationally televised event in which "Tributes" must fight with one another until one survivor remains.

To my surprise, Katniss involved in the hunger games, replaces her sister to play. She moves forward with faith, and finally wins both love and the hunger games. By the way, Katniss and Peeta are the tributes from district 12. Finally, they survive to the end and return home.

In the ruins of a place once known as North America lays the nation of Panem, the central ruling city, named the Capitol, holds the Hunger Game every year. The Capitol is cruel; it keeps the people in line by forcing them fight each other. Hunger Game will not end only one tribute alive.

3. Characters

The female leading role in this story, Katniss Everdeen, took the place of her dear sister to be chosen to join the 74th Hunger Game. And the boy who had saved Katniss by giving her bread is the male leading role, Peeta, stands for the district 12.

The Hunger Games （第一册）书评

The story took place on the North American continent. It shows us the situation about our future. While the technology has undergone a rapid expansion during this time, our world has been ruined by ourselves, the peaceful rules have been broken by ourselves. If we want to live, it depends on others’ death. The book gives us a perfect explanation about friendship and love, even about the greatest love in the world.

故事发生在北美洲大地上，展现了我们未来的境况。当科技在迅速发展之时，我们的世界也被我们所毁灭，和平被我们打破。一个人的生命建立在别人的死亡之上。这本书给了我们对于友情、爱情，甚至是世间大爱的完美诠释。

A writer and friend at IFC recently saw The Hunger Games . As a diehard fan of Potter and someone who’s up onher Twilight , she believes it’s the best adaptation of the three!

上周我把饥饿游戏的三部小说通读了一遍，越读越发现这部小说的立意深刻，有很多理念是我们国内的小说中没有的或者罕见的。本周六我在CCTV-6的佳片有约中又重温了《野战排》，嘉宾的评论中有一个观点和又恰恰印证了饥饿游戏中的寓意，就是美国人在经历了越战后，对战争的反思主流是从人性的角度出发，探讨是为什么人性在战争中会骤变，会扭曲，而不是探讨正义和邪恶，如《黑鹰坠落》《hurt locker》《现代启示录》《天与地》等等。

那么饥饿游戏三部曲，也是从人性的角度去思考的社会小说，如果不把这部小说或电影简单化处理，我相信依据我们惯性思维是读不懂，看不明白的，用我们的老师张博士的说法，中国人的大多是一维模式了不起是二维模式的，缺乏立体思维，对于在多重信息中，自我判断，自我思考，自我比对的能力偏弱。我们的金老师也说过，中国人的反义词是对立的，满意的反义词是不满意，其实满意和不满意之间的地带是“没有满意”绝多数顾客是处于这个地带的。但如果在满意，不满意，中间加上一个“没有满意”这就是三维思维了，需要你去了解，分析，采取策略来正确“没有满意”的部分，饥饿游戏从始至终均充满了这种思维模式。我罗列了几项，简要地介绍一下（我正在计划读第二遍）

I read the novel---The Hunger Games, because I with my good friend during the Spring Festival had no intention to see The Hunger Games 3 .Then I stayed up late to watch the first two films and I “fell in love with” it.A series of this film is the most special subject I had ever seen by far. After reading the novel, you will marvel at the author's ideas.In my heart, its status only Harry Potter and The Matrix can be comparable to,so as the original novel, I think it's more attractive.

I think the novel’s most attractive part is the set to The Hunger Games .Design of these levels of the game designer can make you feel very exquisite beyond compare, but the premise is that these levels are used to kill the ”tributes “in The Hunger Games.This contradiction will make you feel nervous at the destiny of tributes , also hope to see then what are the organs during reading the novel.In this process, your mood will be shocked with the tribute’s death , and marveled at this ”ruthless art” of the designer.It also reflects the people's dark side,as the residents of congressional district in the novel take The Hunger Games as a reality show.People will generally ignore the person’ life who has nothing to do with their own ,what's more, will have the mood to appreciate other people's death.

戏如人生，人生如戏

——观《饥饿游戏》有感

当初之所以会花时间看这部电影，多半是因为媒体的大力宣传，并不华丽的场景、并不闻名的演员还曾一度引起了我的好奇，到底是什么，让它赢得了如此的殊荣？又是什么，让它被如此的念念不忘？

最先看这部电影时选择的是英文原版，略显艰涩的生词与莫名其意的语句混杂在电影之中，难免会有些似懂非懂，对它的印象也基本停留在自我揣测的剧情和影片营造出的那种压抑紧张之感。后来借着帮朋友网购原著的机会，我又重新下载再次看了一遍，无可否认，二度的观看带给我的已不再只是画面特效的刺激、演员演技的精湛，更多的，是隐藏在影片背后的那种残酷的人性挣扎。

《饥饿游戏》的剧情我想已不必再多提，想来看过它的人也不在少数，而且，在我看来，这部影片之所以能取胜的原因，其实并不在于它的剧情设置，最重要的，是它其中对细节的描摹以及主旨的刻画，着力向我们展示的那种扭曲的人生观、价值观。影片里让我感到极为震惊的一处，是它对于“贡品”这个词语的使用。因为最初看的是英文原版，所以当时对这个词语并不怎么理解，但后来在第二遍的国语字幕中看到这样脱离人类的词语之时，我便再难平复心底的波澜。这场持续了七十余年、由高科技步步控制、被上层社会视为余兴节目的厮杀游戏，让我不由自主的想起了曾经古罗马的角斗场，抉择生死的角斗场内充满了残忍、血腥和暴力，但坐在看台上的那些观众们，却
