In this story, Molly killed her husband just for money. And Jackie kill her mother because of love and money. In general, people in this family are selfish. They only care about themselves no matter how well the others do. however,the more attention the family to the others , the more love there will be. All members of the family get round the table and have a heart-to-heart talk and learn to care others more ,the result would be different.

——《傲慢和偏见》读后感

“静女其姝，俟我于城隅。爱而不见，搔首踯躅。”用《诗经?静女》中的句子来描述小说《傲慢与偏见》中达西和伊丽莎白的爱情，再贴切不过了。

奥斯汀在这本书中描绘了四种爱情，宾利和简王子公主般的爱情，柯林斯和卢卡斯协议般的结合，威克姆与莉迪亚之间金钱欲、享乐欲的冲动，奥斯汀对达西与伊丽莎白的爱情进行了浓墨重彩的描写。

作者剖开英国社会的一个截面，以两个不同阶层的男女青年感情纠葛为线索，描绘出了一幅通俗的社会风情画。

当时英国社会生活平静而保守，社会阶级观念浓厚，各个阶级之间彼此老死不相往来。达西与伊丽莎白恰恰生活在不同的社会阶层，因此，他们之间从相识、相知到相爱，经历了一个艰难的过程，横亘在他们面前的，有亲朋的反对，门第的差别，社会舆论的障碍等等的鸿沟。

伊丽莎白的家庭属于中产阶级。父亲年轻时因贪图美貌而娶了头脑简单的母亲，婚后夫妻双方的生活情趣和志向截然不同，渐渐感情出现裂痕。父亲常常自己一个人躲在书房，他虽然对五姐妹有着养育之恩，但也因为玩世不恭，而未能尽到教育子女的职责，终于导致幺女莉迪亚年纪尚小就行为放荡，有辱门风，妻子和一些女儿在上流社会中出尽洋相，甚至成为大女儿，二女儿婚姻的阻绊。

Marry for What? Whether to marry for love or money is an inevitable question for some Love or Money of the modern girls .

Some people who hold the belief that families of equal standing can be matched think that money is the most important. However, not a few people believe that love surpasses the money and is the foundation of our marriage. From my apart, love is a must while money is a need in a marriage.

To begin with, love is the guarantee of a happy marriage. It is because boys and girls love each other deeply that they marry in hand. At this point, someone may wonder if there is love in an arranged marriage. What I want to emphasize is that even in an arranged marriage, love is gradually developed and still exist throughout their whole marriage life. What’s more, love is the spice of our marriage life. A marriage without love is just like a stream without flowing water and someday it will dry up. In our life, some couples are reluctant to come together without true love and they often quarrel with each other and finally end their marriage by a divorce. However, money is also needed in a marriage. As a famous Chinese saying goes everything goes wrong for the poor couple. Once we get married, we need to shoulder our own responsibility for both our partner and our parents or parents in law. When they lose their capability to earn their living, we need to care them. How can we deal this withoutenough money? So money is necessary to a marriage, which doesn’t mean marriage should be based on money and is also different from money worship.

读《Love or Money?》有感

应我们团支部书记之邀写一篇读后感参加征文活动。我并不想获得什么奖励，只是想再炼就一下我多年来除了工作报告、工作请示等文种外，很少涉及其他的生涩之笔。尽管看了很多书籍，由于整天忙于工作，抒发有感之类的文章已经很少写了。这次经反复酝酿、决定写一篇关于阅读英文故事的感受与大家分享吧。这本书的名字叫《Love or Money?》（爱情与金钱？）。

我第一次看到这本书是在两年前了。今天，我重温、捧起了这本书，往事又浮现在我的眼前。那时，我在国家行政学院学习。在开班典礼上，总局领导于再清同志做了开班演讲。他向我们提出了要求，并交流了自己的学习体会。同时，向我们“隆重推出”了由五十本组成的一套英汉对照读物——《书虫》。他说，这套书都是世界名著的故事梗概，且由浅入深。如果你坚持把这套书读完，你的英语阅读水平和词汇量会从现有程度达到英语专业大学毕业水平。因此，我买了这套书。记得当时同学们夸奖、嘻称赞我“真听领导的话，是班里第一个买这套书的人”。我出差或清晨，总喜欢拿起来读一读，感到是一种享受。至今，我已读了

9、10本，有些故事是读了很多遍的。开始时我认为，之所以写《Love or Money?》（爱情与金钱？）的读后感，是因为它是五十本中的第一本，且内容比较简单，便于理解。但今日重读，已有温故而知新的感觉。因为，那时只是为了阅读而阅读，而今天再读更多了深思熟虑，感到另有一番天地了。
