Hi, this is Li Yang. I graduated from Lanzhou University and majored in Mechanical Engineering .I was once a poor student of English, and it was my biggest headache and trouble maker. I got sick and tired of learning boring grammar rules and lifeless words. But through hard work in practicing speaking English and breaking away from the traditional grammar games, I found myself a totally different and exciting new world. Not only did I pass Band 4 and Band 6 College English exams very easily with high marks, but more importantly, I began to use English. Finally, I developed a new Language Cracking System myself. I began to teach German not long after I started to learn this terrible difficult language in my own way. It was a miracle but I made it. To speak good English, I think one year of study should be enough for any diligent and intelligent person .

您们好！
我是石窑中学702班学生李蒙蒙，今年13岁。
我，现在无家可归。
我，现在明媚忧伤，“忧”的是母亲肩上压力太大；“伤”的是我今后的路怎么走？
我，喜欢读书，渴望读书，追求高远。
我的妈妈李道珍是恩施市红土乡石窑村刘家坪组人，爸爸郭友辉是江苏省南京市扬州人，我有一个哥哥，名叫郭晓才，今年19岁，现求学上海某大学。
在我还没有来到美好的人间，爸爸就因一场车祸离开了人世，从此，我，永远失去了父亲，失去了父爱，我们家的天空就变得灰暗起来，笼罩在母亲脸上的阴云密布，因为我们家失去了顶梁柱，失去了精神支撑，妈妈稚嫩的肩膀难以支撑这个风雨飘摇的家，妈妈为了哥哥的成长，也为了我的生存，不得不忍着骨肉分离之痛，一个月零三天就将我寄养在姥姥、姥爷家生活至今。
从此，我失去了“父爱”的同时，我又“缺失”了“母爱”。
姥姥、姥爷年岁已高，都已70多岁了，年老体弱多病，
又无经济来源，我们现在是老弱相扶，艰难度日。
我，是美丽的恩施山水哺育我长大，我的血液里流淌着恩施人特有爱拼才会赢的打拼精神。我多想通过自己的勤奋刻苦改变自己的命运，因此我带着这种精神，在校期间，我拼命的刻苦学习，不负众望，去年秋季期末考试获得班级第三名年级第六名的好成绩，今年期中考试考得631分，我就是这样要用优异的成绩报答母亲、姥姥、姥爷、师长的养育之恩。

同样，先解决一个问题，很多朋友都有演讲紧张的弊病，其实紧张最重要的原因大概有三个：
第一、您不会讲，不知道说什么？
比如今天您不会开车，那么您开着车到马路时，是否会紧张呢？如果您今天不会游泳，您跳到河里是否会紧张呢？您不会骑自行车，您骑上自行车是否会紧张呢？会的，因为您不会，所以您一定会紧张。同样，今天您不会保险演讲，您不知道如何拿麦克风、台上站姿如何站、如何组织语言、如何互动、如何运用肢体、如何控场、如果让语言更连贯等系列技巧，请问怎么会不紧张呢？
第二、因为是第一次。
即使您会了，可是第一次演讲，您依然会紧张。同样，您在驾校学会开车了，第一次上高速会紧张；您学会了游泳，第一次到大海游泳，您会紧张；您学会了骑自行车，第一次到公路上骑自行车，您会紧张。演讲也是一样。还有，如果您已经演讲过很多次了，以前经常是面对这样一个人群来讲。今天突然到另外一个陌生的环境或者陌生的人群，可能您依然会紧张。
比如您是一个讲演讲过300场以上的具有丰富保险演讲经验的演说高手，今天您到中央电视台面对上亿听众进行演讲，您会紧张；今天您到人民大会堂面对中央领导做演讲，您还会紧张。因为是第一次。如果您天天在中央电视台做演讲，讲了100场，您还会紧张吗？不会了。
