老师们、同学们： 大家下午好！

欢迎大家来到东莞理工学院第五届“莞工青年杯”学生辩论大赛初赛第一场的现场。我是本场辩论赛的主席XXX。今天，我们要辩论的题目是：微博实名制利大于弊还是弊大于利。微博实名制能够让我们当今的网络得到更为有效的管理，但与此同时微博一旦实名制是否因此而失去它原有的魅力呢？

今天，辩论双方将会对本场辩题作出怎样精彩的阐述呢？让我们拭目以待。

首先宣布比赛规则和会场纪律：

本赛制设置了立论陈词、攻辩、自由辩论、总结陈词等四个环节。

1、立论陈词阶段：（共6分钟）

每方立论陈词时间为3分钟。由正方先发言。每方用时还剩30秒时，工作人员将举黄牌示意，时间用尽后工作人员将举红牌示意，同时提示声响起，发言必须停止。

2、攻辩阶段：（共8分钟）

攻辩设为两轮四次，为一对一质询。第一轮攻辩由反方二辩选择正方二辩或三辩提问，然后由正方二辩选择反方二辩或三辩提问；第二轮攻辩由正方三辩向反方二辩或三辩提问，然后由反方三辩选择正方二辩或三辩提问。时间各为1分30秒。质询者有10秒的提问时间，被质询者有20秒的回答时间，中间提问次数不限。双方攻辩结束后，正反双方任意一位辩手进行攻辩小结,时间各为1分钟，由反方先发言。
